Reception staff were amazing, we were given a free upgrade on the room too. Great location right in the town

The bed was not comfortable

The property suited us well for a one-night stay. Well located near the river and food outlets. The hotel itself is quite basic, but perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the obvious language barrier.

The bathroom was below average and the wifi frustratingly poor.

Good location in the city center. Great value for money. Very service minded and courtesy staff.

It is not included in the hotel however they provide Motorcykel rental but the vehicles are not well maintaned and sluggish.

Very helpful staff, they even brought my phone charger to the port for me after I left it in my room. Very good value 👍🏻

Good location, room was clean. the staff were really helpful, helping to book our bus and provide other information. They lost a couple of items in our laundry that we were upset to have lost- having only noticed once we left the city later that day, we contacted them to ask if there was any chance they could post to our next hotel in HCMC- the items beat us there, so very happy with the way they handled that. Really good sea food restaurant just round the corner to the right!

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff are very friendly. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, ferry station were also close by. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Ha Tien
