location was excellent. everything was very clean

there was an extremely loud whistling sound coming from the main toilet. sounded like a non-stop loud boiling kettle 24/7. did not stop. reported it to property twice and nothing was done. couldn’t sleep for 3 nights because it didn’t stop. you could hear the noise from outside the closed front door. aircon didn’t work fan in second room swings very hard so isn’t installed properly, couldn’t be used because the swinging made it very loud. I also got notification that my booking was not paid for even though it was paid to booking.com quite a few things reported during this stay that ruined the trip unfortunately

Great location. Had brekkie at Zenith and it was good.

The vacuum cleaner was useless. Couldn't work out the milk for the coffee machine.

Location and townhouse lay out was great. Beds comfy and all you could want to make for a comfortable stay.

On arrival the house was not cleaned. There was dog fur from previous occupants on every surface. A quick vacuum and mop would have been expected but had not been done.

The house was very clean with good utilities.

Would have preferred to have just been provided the number for the key door lock. It was hassle to go into the center and pay for parking whist getting the keys and also dropping them off.

Good location

The house was not as clean as it should have been. Tables were scratched. Carpets were stained. Plants in pots tipped over in back yard and did not replaced in position. Garage floor Was covered in leaves.
