Absolutely fantastic condo. Excellent location - could not be better, walk to everything. Stunning views, comfortably furnished, amazing patio and rooftop. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Convenient assigned parking. Scott was a very responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was as expected. No surprises. All correspondence with Scott was professional and courteous. We enjoyed our time here in Portland and surrounding areas. Will look forward to come back again and see and experience even more. Great place and location!

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. You can't beat the location, both walking and getting in and out of the city—great views and very clean.

Great location! We walked (almost) everywhere! Even to Whole Foods. Never took the car out. Took an Uber back and forth to Allagash brewing (highly recommend and get the lobster roll!!). Save yourself and DONT go to DiMillo’s. Try Terlingua, Duckfat and hifi donuts!
Sea gulls are noisy! Gorgeous decor. Shower is in the middle of the bedroom so no privacy from your roommate 😉

We stayed here for a couple of nights before going further up the coast. It was better than described. Cannot stress enough how amazing the view is!!! Just gorgeous. This property is right in the middle of Old Port and you can just walk to eat and shop. Location is perfect. The property itself is top notch. So clean, modern, with more than you need for a perfect stay. I’m so happy I found it!! The owners are very responsive, thoughtful and kind. Definitely a must stay in Portland!!

Absolutely fantastic property! Everything was top notch and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. Wonderful communication and detailed instructions for the property. Highly recommended! It will be the first place we look to book again when back in Portland.

The apartment was lovely and clean with awesome views. Appliances were top of the line. There is some noise in the living room when the elevator runs but you can't hear it in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the Cornelia apartment with my family for a return rental, and cannot say enough positive things about it. All aspects of the rental are 5 stars: the space itself is amazing and features so many luxuries; the location is absolutely the best in Portland; the experience booking and communicating with Scott and Karen is easy and extremely helpful/informative. We look forward to returning again!

Cornelia is really a cool place. Everything is as good as it looks in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding was luxurious. We had so much fun watching the comings and goings in the port from the floor to ceiling windows.

We came to Maine from Texas to get away and spend time in one of our favorites places!
This house did not disappoint, it was clean and very easy to get in to! It has amazing views and within walking distance to everything.
The beds are comfy and our 4 year old loved the bathtub in the bedroom lol
The ONLY thing I would change is there being deadbolts on the inside of the doors to feel a little safer.
We didn’t know how the locks on the code part of the door worked and left the stairway door unlocked all day long, user error…but still just a thought

We had a great stay! Close to everything and beautiful sunrises over the harbor. Scott provided all of the information needed and very incredibly prompt in communication. Will stay again!

The property and location were a 5/5. The hosts were great with information and quick to respond if needed. The unit was perfectly located and extremely clean. The fifth floor was a great vantage point to see the busy port.
It wall also nice being able to walk to so many great restaurants and stores.
Will no doubt book there again.

We stayed here for five nights before and after our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect we walked to restaurants, had a parking space for all the errands, and basked in the view of the harbor when we were relaxing. Will go to Portland again soon and try to stay here!

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Scott’s property for a second time in just over a year. It was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were just as comfortable as we remembered. The location simply can’t be beat and we had a wonderful time enjoying all that Portland has to offer. We hope to be back soon!

Have you ever stayed in a place where you prayed for rain so you wouldn’t be able to leave and explore all the wonderful places steps from your residence? Seriously, this actually happened! The view was absolutely breathtaking. Every imaginable need was met in this paradise. The inside was almost as attractive as the view. The description of all amenities were well documented and useful This was the height of Luxury! We did pry ourselves away to many of the restaurants that were all fabulous although cooking could have been an waxy option. I wish to schedule another trip to Heaven on earth!!

We loved everything about our stay and would recommended it without hesitation. The views were even better than the pictures and the flat was super comfortable in all regards. We slept unbelievably well. Easy to access and a really convenient and fun location.

We come to Portland a lot and Scott’s place is the best place we’ve stayed in! It has gorgeous views, it’s in a prime location, it has free parking which is super convenient and the condo itself is gorgeous and spacious. We are already planning to rent this place and the one across the hall in a month for our wedding weekend!

The 4 of us stayed at this lovely penthouse facing the harbor & throughly enjoyed our stay for the week. The place was close to the highway so we could go up and down the coast to visit the various sites. There was shopping and restaurants all within walking distance of the penthouse.

The property is beautiful and was perfect for us. We loved the view, location, security. The only single comment is the the Master bathroom shower has a very slow drain. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Portland waterfront is a beautiful and vibrant experience! It provides wonderful and historic experiences. The location of our condo gave us the opportunity to find local restaurants, shops and land/sea travel! We truly enjoyed the view from our deck and the very comfortable accommodation! We will definitely return!

Our family of four loved staying at Cornelia. The location is everything, it’s convenient and allows you to walk everywhere. The view and access to rooftop deck was fantastic. We had everything we needed in the apartment, we cooked in a ton and loved walking over to the seafood market steps away. Highly recommend!!

He had such a nice stay here. Perfect location especially for the fourth of July fireworks. Bed was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be to bring bottled water with you. There is no water filter in the apartment for drinking. Would stay again.

The property was as described, in a great location, and parking was a nice added touch. On Friday and Saturday evenings the area is busy into the evenings, but our family of 4 slept through it just fine. You could hear people on the street, but it wasn't loud at all inside. Monday quieted down much earlier in the evening. Love the location and views and would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the Portland area.
