Location was very good. All the main attractions were in walking distance and there is an electric railway station nearby. Staff were very friendly and really nice.

Shower room is located in a different floor just beside the mixed dormitory room. If the door is open you can see everyone inside

Clean, spacious, good luggage storage area and the kitchen space has a sofa to relax on.

Really uncomfortable hard bed, small “pillow” which was more like a small bean bag. House keeping entered the dorm room around 10am and opened the curtains and hoovered so no chance of a lie in.

the staff were amazing and very helpful. it’s a very central location as the tram runs just around the corner. everything is within walking distance.

the pillows and the mattress were not the greatest. the pillow is like a beanbag chair material and the mattress is very thin.

Liked pretty much everything. Staff, reception/bar, layout, laundry, dorms, vibe. Just a great hostel.

It's probably just a personal thing, but the mattress was a bit thin and pillow a bit thick for my liking. Still managed a decent night's sleep though.

Very clean, really appreciated. We are given new towels every day and the instructions are perfectly clearn, especially for foreigners. The lift was appreciated haha

Nothing to complain about, maybe the location (a bit far from Hiroshima station) but it’s actually good location to visit the Peace Memorial park and the other memorials by walk

The staff was amazing! Forgot something at the hostel and Kana who worked there went though her way to send it via post to the next place I was staying! 10/10 It’s also a great spot in Hiroshima, close to everything!

Bed were a little hard and uncomfortable. Same goes for the pillows. Would like a bigger one, or have two. It was like a bean sack. Not great.

The hostel was great, friendly staff, nice facilities, spacious bed and comfy shared area. Free shavers, combs, ear plugs etc.

Someone mentioned the toilets being on another floor, that I didn't mind since they're outside the room anyway. BUT, in my room, the air purifier was set up in a way where all of the openings were blocked, making the room become really dusty and strongly setting off my allergies. I fixed it myself a few days in, after that everything was perfect.

Location is great, nice and clean with good facilities. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible even though the language barrier, they let me extend for a night without any hassle

When I arrived there was an open mic event, very cozy. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. There was a soundproof door to separate bathroom/laundry of the dorms. This made it a lot more comfortable to sleep

Some facilities are on different floors. It is possible that you have to go up or down a floor for the showers or kitchen.

The staff were super nice and friendly and speak both Japanese and English well. They were very busy but made sure to take good care of the guests, including calling restaurants to make reservations for them on busy nights.

You get what you pay for, but 12-16 people sleeping in the same room is just a bit too much. A little bit dirty, but Nothing crazy.

A good option for a central hostel in Hiroshima. Close to all the major attractions. Dorm beds were well equipped and some of the most spacious we've ever had. I can imagine it having a good vibe when it's busy. Cute smoking balcony on level 3.

Beds were not very comfortable with us both sleeping poorly both nights (pillows especially). We booked mixed dorms but the number of beds in the dorm wasn't advertised, we wish we had the option to avoid a 16 bed dorm, luckily it was at less than 50% capacity. Also, some of the dorm beds are connected and seperated only by a curtain.

Enjoyed the decor and the vibe of the place. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and roommates were pretty noisy which is to be expected in dormitory type accommodation.

Lovely little hostel, about a mile and a half from the train station but you just get on the tram line and it takes you to pretty much right outside for 190yen. The staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities were spotless.
