Wonderful swimming pools, tabletennis, beach volleyball, meals and a good view of red sea.
Good staff give us an impressive service.
Not far from Marine port.
the tap isn't easy to control, so that water is too hot or too cold.
The bedclothes and wifi could be better.

there is no free wifi in the rooms and in the public ereas it is very week. you need to pay extra money to get good wifi.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the professional and friendly staff. It truly made us feel welcomed and attended to throughout our stay.
The resort had such a fantastic atmosphere, and the vibes were simply incredible. Spending some time in this place allowed us to feel the positive energy from everyone around us.
One of the highlights of our trip was the amazing animation team. They were so dedicated to ensuring that our kids had a fantastic time. Their creativity and enthusiasm made every day full of fun and excitement for the little ones, which made our vacation even more special.
I also must commend the chef for their culinary expertise. The variety of dishes served daily was impressive, and each meal was a delightful experience. It was evident that the chef put a lot of effort into crafting delicious and unique dishes, making dining at the resort a true pleasure.
And let's not forget the friendly bartender who never failed to amaze us with his creative drink concoctions. Each day, he had something new and exciting to offer, which added a touch of excitement and joy to our evenings.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about this resort. It exceeded all of my expectations, and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere truly made it a memorable vacation for my family and me. We will definitely be returning in the future!

they advertise they have free wifi but the only have for whatsapp use and at the reception, and it barely works

Great pool, and good food. The staff was amicable and took care of all we needed.
The rooms were big and clean, with hot water all the time.
Hope to visit again soon.

Snorkelling, bedroom, gardens.
Couldn’t go outside the complex without getting in a taxi. Nowhere to explore.
Chilly in February at night, not much to do in the evening except drink at the outside bar and dance in your coat. Local spirits weren’t great.

The resort is beautiful, and the workers are very kind and always ready to help and answer all your questions. There are different activities every day, for children and adults.
The beach is beautiful, there are many places to sunbathe. Within the facility you also have a spa center, a small outdoor gym, a hair salon and a couple of shops.
The food was very good (mainly Italian cuisine).
The workers are sometimes too kind to you, so they keep asking if everything is okay and you just want to enjoy your lunch or dinner.
The main pool was too cold (so when it was forbidden to swim in the sea, we couldn't even use that main pool). Fortunately, we were lucky, so swimming in the sea was forbidden only for one day.

very clean and the area was beautiful. staff friendly and the food was really good with lots of variety. staff made me feel safe and welcome, treated me with respect. I come from Cameroon but live in London but in love with Egypt. Hazem the manager was amazing thank you so much

beautiful setting and facilities. we were upgraded to ocean view deck close to pools and view. very clean. nice staff all around. omelette bar always nice. espresso machine actually made good espresso.
only did breakfast and lunch. lots of bready options. but no pita which was odd, even with tasty hummus at lunch. should have hummus for breakfast too. but overall a very nice place. big enough to be well staffed but small enough to not seem like a convention.

The hotel is very much recommend for family vacations and has it what is needed to have fun and enjoy quality time ( food, cleanliness, facilities, staff…etc)

Literally everything, the staff starting from the respectful Mr. Hazem at the reception to Chef Ashraf, Mr. Sherif at the restaurant, kessenie and the exceptional Antonia of the animation team. Everyone is perfect, every corner, every inch of the whole resort is exceptional, perfect service, perfectly clean everywhere, I love that place.
