The room was comfortable and had a good selection of teas and coffee. The bathroom was bigger than average with high quality toiletries. Great view from our bedroom window and the breakfast was excellent with fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden. A lovely stay, we’d highly recommend it.

Stunning location in peaceful surroundings but with very easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon. Hosts were fantastic and breakfast was delicious. Felt like a real home from home.

Beautiful setting in the country, quiet and accommodation done to a very high standard. Breakfast was very plentiful and served in a gorgeous room overlooking the immaculate garden.

Everything about our stay here was great, we were having busy days in Stratford and Warwick Castle, so driving back into the peace of the country for the evening was lovely. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners were great; very friendly & accommodating as well as helpful in guiding us to a great pub nearby for evening meal.

All round it was great; however we did find the double bed a little on the short side being a standard double (we’re both pretty tall!) which then also applied to the duvet - impossible to cover both one’s feet and shoulders without going into full foetal position - but then we may be the exception rather than the rule when it comes to sleeping!

Very helpful and friendly proprietors who made us feel particularly welcome and provided a personal touch to make the stay memorable. Excellent location with outstanding views over countryside but still within easy reach of Stratford. Very good breakfast

Our hosts were very welcoming. Lovely breakfast. You couldn't fault anything. It was exceptional value for money and hope to go back same time next year . It felt very homely and spotlessly clean , which is very important to me when staying anywhere. We also very much liked the area itself and found it very convenient for going into Stratford upon Avon. I would definitely recommend staying here as you wouldn't get better value for money.

Their wasent anything that we didn't like. You would have to be very hard to please if you didn't like it. Very good value for money.

Just a true gem, cosy, comfortable and clean. Owners thought of everything. Great recommendations for local pubs and directions. Alan even set a couple of chairs and table in the garden for us to enjoy our cuppa in the unexpected autumn sunshine. Breakfast was 10/10, great selection and great Yorkshire tea!! Thanks Alan

Our hosts were very welcoming and pleasant. The countryside location was lovely. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Fresh milk was offered with the hospitality tray. Our particular dietary requests were met. Having both a bath and a shower was helpful. We were pleased that there were no cushions on the bed as these are unhygienic regardless of Covid!

All was first class.

We received a very warm welcome from Alan and Jenny. Our room was very comfortable with a large en-suite bathroom. Phenomenal view from our bedroom window over fields and farmland which is just how we like it. We enjoyed our breakfast of cereal, fruit and yoghurt followed by a cooked breakfast of our choice, toast, tea or a bottomless coffeepot. Served with a smile in such a special place away from the hustle and bustle. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return again in the future. Keep doing what you are doing so well Jenny and Alan.
