Nothing

Wrong address. We drive for a long time around to find it. Extremely unpleasant guy on our chech in. Now wifi. No breakfast. Dirty. No shower. No toilet paper. Ice cream man playing his stupid song over and over again for hours in the early morning.

Nothing! Not one good thing to say!

VERY BAD AND DISHONEST HOTEL! No hot water! No toilet paper! Pillows were disgusting with mildew and mold on them!!!!!!!! Plus the pillowcases had a brown old color to them!!!!!!!! Nasty! The sink was broken! The courtyard sidewalk was falling apart. The wifi internet stopped working several times! The room and bathroom had a bad smell to them! What made me angry was...I booked the room with free breakfast. They refused to offer me breakfast even though I showed them the Booking.com showing that I paid for breakfast! The night manager told me to walk down the street and pay for breakfast! At around 4:00 AM in the morning they had huge speakers blasting the prayers for about one hour...way too loud. You can forget about a good night's sleep! The bed was old and lumpy! The electrical outlet was above the bed! It's not easy to charge your phone or laptop! They burned trash on the property. The bathroom door had no handle. The bed sheets had stains on them! The staff refused to offer breakfast, even though I paid for it. I noticed several people said the thing on Booking.com reviews! Booking.com should ban this hotel! Terrible and dishonest manager/owner/workers! They have a metal fence blocking the beach...I guess there is too much crime in the area. I feared at night that my motorcycle would get stolen...not a good place for your motorcycle! Look at the photo closely ... you will mildew! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! THIS HOTEL HAS A BAD REVIEW FOR A REASON!

I like that the staff were attentive about my needs of letting them clean the room and CR because I think it's not ready for occupancy

The facilities were not well maintained and managed.

It's really hard to find anything positive to say... The wifi wax strong... But not availbe in the room...

We booked this place because it was beach front... That was a mistake, it's a terrible beach, not the picturesque Sengiggi we thought. The front door didn't lock, the bathroom door didn't shut, the water in the shower stank, the shower head came off the hose, the bed had sheet over the mattress and a prickly blanket that was extremely uncomfortable. Traffic noise was loud and constant, also something was happening to the dogs next door, constant howls of pain through the night (not Pukuna's fault, but unsettling and difficult to sleep through). The free breakfast was non existant as no staff were to be seen in the morning. We booked this place to save a bit of cash, but honestly, it's not worth it.
