A very clean and friendly hotel. Location is excellent and the rooms very good. Beds clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

Whilst everything was very good I thought the room rate was a little high. I am mindful it is in the centre of a large city

It was very central, breakfast was good with a lot of variety for everyone and the place was all very clean with friendly staff.

I thought the room was a bit small for 4 people.

Great location - just around corner from Airport bus station stop - plenty of staff available - all nice. Breakfast was plenty and had a pleasant Reception/waiting area where you could relax with drinks. Rooms and facilities also clean. Great stay for Belfast City area and good rates

Very minor improvement suggestions - spoons not stirrers in rooms please, think about layout at breakfast - you don’t need butter with your fruit and yoghurt but beside the bread, similarly putting whole milk beside cereal but semi skimmed beside the hot drinks. Why not put both choices at both places? Very poor choice on tv stations, would expect better from a major hotel chain.

De centrale ligging

Het ontbijt was wat minder en producten zoals bijvoorbeeld de hummus waren niet vers, er zaten ingedroogde randen in. Er was weinig brood.

Breakfast was plentiful & very well laid out Staff were very friendly especially Lucy she was very friendly smiley & nothing was any bother lovely girl & great asset to your hotel staff 😃 Room was very nice & plenty space would highly recommend this hotel & is very central

Was not impressed when checking in at hotel staff member wasn't that friendly at the time but came okay after a wee bit.

Very welcoming and helpful staff at the front desk. We asked a few questions and were given help immediately. Entrance was colourful and spotless. Our bedroom was quite a good size and meant the three of us could be together. Bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was a varied self service set up with plenty room to move around. Foods and crockery were replenished quickly when supplies had diminished. Hotel was situated centrally to the centre of the city. Thank you for a super stay.

The location, right next to the bus center and railway station, walkable distance to city hall and major attractions also very close by to great number of restaurants! The room size was quite large as compared to the standards The view from the room (floor 6) was amazing The hot food buffet, European spread and good space to have breakfast and having till 11 The checkout till 12 was very helpful

The bed was too soft for our liking The pillows had no life in them, they were very much flat, we asked the reception but they told it was a fully booked hotel and they had none to spare so that made made a dent in our stay, we couldn't sleep well at all! For the price we paid we definitely hoped for his not to be problem but it did. Lesson learnt on that front. The air conditioner is slow you can turn up or turn down the temperature and it will take its time so nights sleeps were disturbed

From the minute we arrived all staff were so welcoming, the hotel looks very modern and has everything you need, the room was spotless.

Only complaint is the tv channels… not all of them worked and the volume kept going up and down without doing it manually. But we weren’t there to watch tv so was a very little complaint

Breakfast was excellent, a fantastic selection of different varieties for all kinds. Great open area with plenty of room.

One thing I would say is that the bed was two single beds pushed together which felt like they were separating durning the night.

Breakfast was amazing, my granddaughter especially like making her own waffles. Perfectly central especially for bus station. Great restaurants round about and handy for all tour buses.

Our double bed had a single duvet in the cover so moved to one side. No probs though as room was warm.

Friendly, helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location. We didn’t have the best view but our friends did and the room felt bigger, even though our room was more than big enough for a twin room, beds i think where a queen not a single size. Only thing i thought was abit rubbish was the shower the pressure was low. We all loved Belfast and will return to this hotel.
