Beds were comfy and price was very cheap. Staff were very nice and accommodating. They upgraded our rooms after showing us multiple others.
It was very quiet and gave the feel of a ghost town. Pool bar wasn’t open as not enough guests. Only a limited number of cocktails were available.
I had to dose up on mosquito spray at bedtime.

Brilliant setting in peaceful lush gardens, big pool, Kerandangan beach literally a single step off their grounds.
Super friendly staff, all always with a bright smile on their faces,
Rooms and entire compound a little bit aging, but well kept, maintained with passion and squeek clean.
Maybe worth to spend some bugs extra for your category of room. My one was mere perfect! Felt almost like a small palace with a big balcony with views over the pool area and sea view. If you are lucky, you will witness a world class aunset over Balis Gunung Lemuyang directly from there.
Quiet location just North of Senggigi, which can be visited by 15 min walk or easy peasy with scooter, ojek or Bluebird taxi.
Don't miss Kerandangan 2 Beach especially on a Sunday. Brilliant lively weekend feeling among super nice, relaxed Lombok locals (best food at Coco Beach Warung in paradise settings a little bit like in the Pacific)!

the staff were really nice and friendly and helpful too. they suggested places to go which we hadn’t heard about. the rooms are very clean and comfy
nobody was staying there apart from us which made us a bit uncomfortable and it’s a bit out the way from anything so you have to get a taxi or get food/ shopping delivered to the hotel

The breakfast was quite bland.
The staff might consider putting more coffee in the jug because I ruined a shift trying to get a few dregs out of their empty jug. The Nasi Goreng and mei Goreng were bland and not to the standard of many warungs.

A/C was suffuciently cool. Breakfast was limited but taste good. Location is good for business traveller.
For business traveller the room lighting was not bright enough to work, internet was slow and on my last day the hot water was almost not available. Also, there's no separation between smoking and non-smoking guests in restaurant. There was groups whose member smoked and picked up food with bare hands and the staff simply let them.

Great rooms, clean, spacious and comfortable. Pool area was really nice. Smoothies and fruit juices were amazing. Staff very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Location is a little bit off, but if you just want to take easy, its perfect. Center is just a 20 min walk away, totally doable. Beautiful sunset from the restaurants terrace.
The food in the restaurant was sub-par. We only ate there once, because we did not like it. Also, the prices look good in the meny, but only a small text mentioned the 21% taxes and service fees. We would prefer if it's just included in the price.

Very clean hotel, extremely beautiful garden, big swimming pool with a kids pool, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. We got a upgraded room. Nice sunset views just outside of the hotel. Buffet breakfast. Great value for money.
It’s quiet and peaceful, very nice to relax in the hotel, but there are no restaurants or shops by walking distance. Need to grab a taxi to go somewhere. In general, it exceeds our expectations.
Swimming pool is not daily cleaned. The toilet in our room got clogged almost every day, although someone came to repair soon every time.

Nice and big hotel room. There is a buffet for breakfast. Food is very tasty but they often have few vegetarian options. Staff is super friendly. I totally recommend staying in this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The receptionist, the breakfast squad. Best experience we had in Indonesia so far. Breakfat was really good, pool was perfectly clean, spacious room, perfect hygiene. Helped us out by renting scooters that were in perfect state (better than all the other ones we rented before), by looking up transport to next destination at 11pm. Nothing was too much and all that with a smile.

this hotel is well suited for families. I was on my own this trip so it wasn’t a great fit for me. the staff were very kind and helpful.

The garden is nice, and the staff it’s really the best.
It will need a little update. Pictures are old.. they don’t really match reality. I booked a room with a view and I can’t say I had it. I complained to booking but since Covid Booking it’s absolutely useless. I feel bad to write this review because there is worst, and Covid hasn’t help, and I never write reviews if there is really something bad. but I have been in so many amazing places for less.. and it’s fair to say what it is. critics are to improve I guess. And Sengigi.. nothing to see. Better go to other places in Lombok.
