The property is a real palace shown to us by the owner in a short tour. The garden inside the yard is a beautiful location to spend time. The breakfast was delicious.

The B&B was very pretty with a beautiful garden surrounded by flowers and trees where breakfast was served. The host was really helpful, giving us good tips and helping us book a beach stay. We also got a tour of their house which is a historical building.

Location is perfect, just a couple of meters from the main street in Noto. The room was big and super clean. The best part was having breakfast in the beautiful garden and the visit to the Palace that the owner offers. Super friendly and attentive staff! Very much appreciated.

The authenticity of a true Baroque plaza. the garden with the lemon scents and the friendliness (and knowledge !) of Giovanni. Thé breakfast in a baroque reception room … and the little extra from the host is a +++.

Staying in a Palazzo and the tour of it was really special. Owner helped me find a place to rent a bicycle.

it's a must to be stay at place in NOTO. The whole residence is a museum to present the history of the city how to change through a family angel. Good location,nice and polite staff and a confident host. I spent a whole afternoon in the lemon tree yard alone,it was a wonderful experience to enjoy the tranquility.

The first night was awfully because the noise outside of the room No.4,and there is no heating system only AC. The second day I asked to change a room and it's turned to super good. But the water from the sink is sooo tiny but shower is ok

Service and advice on sightseeing and my transport logistics. Hot water and warm in the room. Room had central heating. Great breakfast with meat and fruits and juice and coffee. Amazing garden outside. Tour around the property.

At night, no light in front of the door of the room to see how to open with the key. Could use extra light. Same for main gate. Water in the room was at extra cost when in all other places owners offered drinking water for free.

Bit dated but generally ok.

Room was nicely furnished, large, and clean. Tue property is within an old building belonging to the nobility of Noto, and the host usually plans quick tours for the guests after breakfast. Breakfast is excellent and with a wide choice of fresh product, served in a beautiful garden with lemon trees that you can also use to relax any time. The host, finally, is very kind, with plenty of tips for both Noto and around, but also keen in respecting each guest’s wishes and plans.

Maybe parking could sometimes be a little bit of a challenge, though this is a problem of Noto rather than of the property.

Everything was quit perfect. Located in the center of Noto. Very friendly and helpful host in a very nice location. Breakfast in the garden was very nice and comfortable. Friendly staff!

The shower was small and outdated

The owner is super helpful. The breakfast is served in a nice garden ( and it is in the middle of the town!) The room is clean and very close to the historical centre. The owner comes from an old Sicilian family and gave us a tour of his amazing palace-style appartements.
