wonderful staff . clean & central location. Rooms are quiet & comfortable

Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer im Haus A. Das ist das Gebäude mit dem Pool auf dem Dach. Schönes Ambiente und guter Service. Es hat mir sehr gefallen und ich habe noch ein paar Nächte direkt an der Rezeption nachgebucht. Die Lage ist exzellent. Rechts daneben sowie gegenüber sind riesige Einkaufszentren. Alle Nobel Marken sind vertreten. Aber auch alles für den täglichen Bedarf zu günstigen Konditionen. Ich hatte erst Bedenken, weil die Preise in diesem Moment sehr günstig waren. Es hat alles gepasst und ich komme gerne wieder.

Zimmer nahe der Straße sind etwas laut und der Balkon dient nur bedingt zum Entspannen. Aber dafür sind es nur wenige Meter bis zum Pool.

Room was nice with touch buttons for lights and tv. Good location near main streets.

Very bad room cleaning. Used many hours to come and clean the room. Room cleaning forgot to give new towels. Very bad gym room. Sauna not working.

Breakfast was plain, most food was cold. Not much of a selection. (Eggs were cooked fresh though) Few bugs on the fruits. 250b pp if not paid with the room.

Cleaners won’t clean room even if requested in room. Have to chase them down to actually clean it. Takes a long time to clean as cleaners are mostly on their phones. Towels are not replaced when requested. Shower gel/shampoo not replaced when emptied has to be requested. Food left out was not taken away, cutlery and cups not replaced. When we first arrived, sheets felt used and sticky.

Hotel name is a little bit embarrasing !! They can modify , room was small ,next time I will select bigger room .

The room was excellent. Big and comfortable. The jacuzzi in the washroom was working just fine. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff who was doing the egg station (tall gentleman) deserves a special mention for always smiling and being accomodative to all the requests from guest. Location was also perfect, nearby to all the activities in Patong.

I was staying in the suite and couldn't find a user guide on how to use the jacuzzi. The staff at the front desk could be a little more friendly with the guests in my opinion.

Water runs out from shower cabins to the toilet side and the shower floor is very slippery when bathing. Always found the lifts dirty
