A comfortable and clean apartment in an excellent location. I loved being close to the major tourist sites and remote enough to feel like a local. The apartment itself is already full of character, and the host's decorations added even more. We would be pleased to stay here again!

A really comfortable, spacious and clean apartment in an excellent location, just two minutes from the Giardini gardens and waterfront and five minutes from the shops and restaurants of Rio Garibaldi. The whole apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped, while the old beams give it character. The shower room is especially nice. Great value too; we've paid more for smaller, less attractive apartments just because they had a glimpse of a canal. The owners were brilliant, too, and replied to every message very quickly, while Marco, who met us at the apartment, was also very friendly and helpful. This is the best part of Venice to stay in, we think; away from the crowds, close to the trees and green spaces of the Giardini/ Biennale, yet just ten minutes walk to St. Mark's Square, or ten minutes by vaporetto to the Lido. We would be very happy to stay here again (in fact, we'd be happy to live here!)

Kitchen area. Contact with the landlord. Location especially for the Biennale. Close to vaporetti.
