Eigenschaften unserer Stadt zu Hause gehören 2 Master-Suiten mit Kingsize-Betten und Pillow-Top-Matratzen, ein Safe, 26-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher und 1 Master-Suite mit vollen Betten keine kleinen Zwillinge und 20-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit integriertem DVD-Player. Unser Wohnzimmer bietet ein Schlafsofa und ein Entertainment-Center mit einem 55-Zoll-Hiko-TV mit DVD / VCR und WLAN-Internetzugang im ganzen Haus. Die Küche ist mit Haushaltsgeräten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind ebenfalls enthalten. Alle Badezimmer sind mit Haartrocknern ausgestattet. Unser Stadthaus liegt nur wenige Minuten von Disney World, Sea World, den Universal Studios, Wet N 'Wild und dem Orlando Orange County Convention Center entfernt. Mit Familie oder Freunden Urlaub machen? Wir haben eine andere Stadt gleich nebenan mit den gleichen Luxus-Unterkünften.

This was our second stay here! We come every year for the Zumba convention and will continue to stay in this condo if it’s available. It’s very locally convenient and always very neat and clean.

great property, easy access to the convention center

We were down for dance awards at the Orange County Convention Center. Easy to get to the OCCC, in a matter of minutes. Several restaurants, Publix, Walgreens, all close. Short drive to Disney properties, ICON Park, and shopping. The pool is clean. The townhouse was nice. We were greeted with jazz music when we arrived at the townhouse. It had the basics pots & pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc., in the kitchen. It could use a deep dusting in the corners and vents. Suggestion for darkening blinds. Needed to call maintenance for rain coming in a window. Phone was answered and someone was over to check out our issue within minutes of the call. The trail around the pond we under construction so we weren't able to walk aIl the way around, but still saw several birds, ducks, geckos, and even a snake in the pond. I will definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again if we're in Orlando.

This town house had everything that we needed for our family vacation. The property was clean and quiet and was close to everyplace that we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again!

We so enjoyed our time! Everything was clean and close to so much to do in Orlando! My daughter has a severe animal fur allergy, and the owner was very kind to answer my questions. He let me know that no animal has stayed in this condo, and that is a hard thing to find these days! This is our second time in this condo, and we will be back!

We stayed here and the house next door for a show at the OCCC. Owner was amazing! He made the check-in and stay very easy. He was happy to answer any questions we had and make our stay great. On-site management was also very good.
House was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The house has three stories, with kitchen on second level. You will need to be able to climb stairs to stay here.
The house location was perfect and short walk to the OCCC, food, and the shopping centers. Nice community area and we all felt very safe.
Overall, I would highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay at Vista Cay, and its been a great experience both times. The condo was great as well as the amenities. We would definitely stay again! Lots of room and privacy for all and just an overall nice place.

Great stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. Townhouse was beautiful. Received check in instructions and very easy to follow. Resort was nice as well, and plenty for the kids to do. When we come back, will for sure book again.

Our stay was due to activities at the Orange County Convention Center. The drive was 5-10 minutes, hardly any traffic, and very easy to I-4.
The townhouse is as advertised and in a quiet area. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The location was fantastic. Only 2 issues
1. The code sent for the door was inaccurate. Had to call the manager and 2 different codes were given. The 3rd code given was the one that worked
2. On the 5th day of my stay, Friday 6th someone opened the front door and entered the home.
Luckily we were home at the time and when approached, he explained that he was given the code and the condo as his from the clubhouse. He then returned and found out that he was in #100 and not #101. Which seems odd as why both doors had the same code.
Luckily they were very friendly and we were amicable in the situation. This is a scary scenario as we could have presumed they are burglars.
Therefore, it seems there was a little mix up at check-in at the clubhouse.
On a separate note, there is a significant issue with ants in the kitchen area. Any food item left on the counter tops were attacked by ants within minutes.

We were able to access property about an hour earlier which was great. Overall clean and great interaction with property management regarding questions. Concern with front door security, which was addressed.

I would recommend this house to everyone. It had everything we needed and it was close to all the parks. The locations of the bedrooms/bathrooms gave everyone privacy. The Property managers were so sweet. We had a really late flight so they went to the house to meet with Wal-Mart to deliver our groceries! They unpacked the groceries and put the cold items in the refrigerator/freezer for us. We hope to be back soon!

Very very clean and a perfect location. Really appreciated no scented fabric’s or room deodorants! Just natural and organic. Being next to the convention center made traveling stress free. Thank you.

Plenty of room, fit 5 adults and 1 child comfortably. A few concerns we had are minor and we still enjoyed our visit.
1. There were no hand towels in any bath room
2. It appeared clean but needs a deep clean. Lots of dust on fans and vents, 2 of us were very sniffly
3. It says walking distance to convention center, but for the average person it really isn’t. We were on the west end of the center and the walk would have been too long and across some very busy streets.
4. Beds were super squeaky, you could hear the person in another room rolling over.
Upside it is a very nice neighborhood with pool, hot tub, tiki bar and workout room. In a convenient area of Orlando.

Ideal Location- Perfect Townhouse
We came to town for a convention at the convention center. And rather than rent 3 expensive hotel rooms for 5 nights each, we stayed in this ideal property. Perfect location- close to everything, AC that KICKS (important in FL), great pool with bar that is open until 9:30!, Disney+ available for us, and having 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms was ideal. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Grocery store and many great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Booking was simple and the communication was superb with very simple, clear and concise emailed directions. Also, Lin the property manager is on site and answered the phone every time I called. Very professional and helpful. Love that it was gated and very quiet at night. Great place to stay.....you can't go wrong!

Loved this place. Conveniently located near the parks. The 3 levels are the best. The adults can stay up late and the kids can be sleeping in another floor. Will stay here again.
