Great apartment, everything you need in one place

There was nothing I didn't like, wife loved it

It was clean, well presented and had everything you may require.

The location and the sea view

The instructions for collection of keys and access to the apartments were left until we were on the train to Cardiff and very unclear. Furthermore, I had called ahead to confirm we could leave our luggage at the apartments the next day before booking a later return train to London. shortly after arriving we were told we would not be able to leave our luggage there but we could leave them at the station, which was not true. So I had to trundle my wheelie around Cardiff all morning.

The kitchen was old and dirty :(

Clean, spacious and amazing location

Cupboards in kitchen weren’t very clean and seemed to be stocked with old used or empty products.

The beds were comfortable and the flat spacious

Broken chair, broken drawer, crumpled sheets and location. Chipped plates and cups. Very old cooker Although it was Easter weekend the charge for the flat was far too expensive.

Staff was helpful, communication was great, clean and in a very good location

location is terrific and the view is amazing. the booking process was easy and the staff throughout were so helpful and informative….we will be back 100%.

The apartment is big and clean. There are furniture for use.

The location is far from the city center and is different from the location showed on the website. And you need to pay the deposit before you live in. The lock of the door is hard to use.

Leaving

We expected an apartment with a view of the bay as the profile suggests,we had a view of an old warehouse.the address was wrong when we arrived so our taxi had to go to another location costing more, the unit was old but appeared clean wardrobes had old doors stacked inside utility cupboard full of gear, one divan had upholstery peeling off, went to make coffee cups and crockery filthy. Went to use washing machine and it did not work . Phoned agent left message and did not get a reply cost extra again to use a laundromat. The profile on the site is very misleading and you do not know where you will be staying and the agent does not care. I would look at somewhere else to stay and make sure you know the exact unit you are getting before you book . It appears this agent handles a number of premises and just allocates you to the one they feel like giving you. We will never use them again and strongly advise anyone to do the same.

The apartment was functional and clean in a block of flats in a residential area not too far from the city centre of Cardiff.

The description of location on Booking.com is incorrect and we're struggling to find the place. According to the webpage it should be across the road from Motorpoint Arena however it's approximately half a kilometre from that place and therefore also half a kilometre farther away from the city centre. Not even the post code which in the UK is quite precise took us to the right address. Only when contacting the phone number we got proper description of check-in and address via WhatsApp - why not automated after receiving my full payment? Of all my booking by far the most unprecise :( The apartment was as mentioned above functional however an honest mention about the double beds being queen size would probably have made us chose something different.

Only thing I would say is the size of the beds could be a bit bigger but other than that it was perfect.

Great location, very comfortable beds, clean, free parking. Helpful and friendly staff.

Very easy check in. we had arrived early but the hosts allowed us to park our car in the secured car park which helped loads. Apartment was really spacious, we had a 2 bedroom. The wrap around balony was great for watching sun rise.

the bathroom (not the ensuite) was leaky.. whole bathroom got really wet after a shower

Nice apartment in walking distance of the center of Cardiff. Own parking spot. 2 bathrooms and quiet neighbourhood.

We could not get the oven to work heating up our breakfast.

Good location with easy to understand instructions for arriving and leaving the property.

The apartment is showing some signs of wear, including a broken kitchen cupboard door on our arrival. The window in the lounge was broken, and looked like it had been for some time.

Perfect location and lovely, spacious apartment.
