Mayaz, your hotel staff, excellent job, hotel location is excellent. I can go to the mosque and pray as soon as the call to prayer is given. I have benefited a lot from this

It’s good but there some flea and the bed was not clean and the bathroom was small to much

they didn’t refund my money even though I flew all the way from Vancouver Canada and didn’t spend one night in there. when I arrived they said I have no booking even though I had the confirmation. so I had to book another place quickly or else I would’ve been homeless, which I did and when I was leaving for the new place then they told me that it’s there it’s confirmed there’s no refund even though I just paid for new place. This was mistake on their end and they say I wanted to “cancel”. It was a terrible experience, I lost $1400 Canadian dollar on this place I didn’t spent one night in it, my friend booked it for one night the same night we arrived it was terrible place, dirty, and old.

The only good thing about this ‘’4 star hotel’’ is the cleaning staff.

Well… I don’t know where to start… The room is disgusting and filthy, the appliances are extremely old and dirty and the bathroom is soo disgusting that I used to go to my local gym to shower and use the bathroom. I only stayed there because it was close to my workplace while I waited to move into my new apartment. On top of all this filth the Filipino receptionist lady is rude and inconsiderate. I’m happy that I left this hazardous building and safe to say that this is my first and last time staying there even if I was paid to do so…

being a Muslim, the Mosque was just in front of the Hotel.

quality of rooms, toilet and the worst thing was the smell.. I mean. the air freshener they use.. it was literally nauseating, has engraved in my mind I can still smell it lol..
