Location (very nice view) was amazing! Very silent and peaceful! Clean (apart from mold in the bathroom). Very nice staff.

Mold in the bathroom. Sink outside the bathroom which didn't make any sense. Never experienced that in our lives before. Bathroom waaaay too small. It didn't really feel like we belonged in that hotel. We are 26 and 41 and it felt like an elderly home. Everytime we walked in and out it felt like everyone was staring at us thinking "what are you two doing here". Wifi and TV didn't really work. TV constantly lost connection to channels and so did WiFi.

welcoming staff on arrival, family room with a sea view, nighttime entertainment was good, hotel was clean threw out, one bonus was the heated swimming pool that’s was included in the room rate. breakfast was £10 adults £5 kids all cooked breakfast buffet, cereal and fruit available to eat. Definitely would recommend for family’s and we will be returning again when we visit Llandudno.

Grand hotel façade beautiful but a little dated internally. Staff excellent. Location superb. Swimming pool super.

Breakfast too early 8 to 9 we are used to 8 to 10.30 we cancelled our breakfast

staff were friendly, and the view was nice

I had to move rooms twice due to very noisy water pipes, and the entertainment went on until very late

the staff were really friendly and welcoming. stayed for one night and as wasn’t planned I didn’t have my inhaler with me. the lovely lady on reception gave me hers to use. and the other receptionist Kelsey was amazing at changing my room to a cooler one and even had a sea view they couldn’t of done more thank you so much I really appreciate it.

View was fab! Rooms were dated but did the job. Fab location. Breakfast was good, buffet style however also really hot in there too!

The hotel was soooo hot.. but the pool was absolutely freezing! I think this hotel was more suited to the older generation rather than families especially young families. Parking was a bloody nightmare in the car park.. so just avoid and park on the front!

The beds were creaky and noisy. As there were four of us in the room the tossing and turning was rather loud at times.
