apartment was very clean and smelled pleasant. we really enjoyed our stay. Polly was helpful with any questions we had. we will definitely be visiting again.
suggestion of blinds on the small window next to the bathroom for privacy.

Me and my family had a fantastic time over the weekends in North Wales although the weather was a bit crazy we still managed to enjoy and have fun. I would highly recommend Ormes Hey Apartments, everything was exceptional, nothing too much trouble, the decor throughout was beautiful, clean and all maintained. Polly the manager has been polite, kind and very helpful with all the information we need. She made sure we have been taking care of. We would love to go back and stay in the future.

The flat was clean, comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay.
The heating was not on when we arrived and had to call to work out why it was so cold. The heating was switched off at the boiler and had obviously been off for a long time as it took almost 20 hours to warm the flat up. We had a very uncomfortable and cold night, which wasn't helped by builders working on the property and banging at 9.00am on Saturday morning.

Location is superb, the apartment is well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and a great family room to plan your day ahead. A great bathroom and two large double bedrooms were well furnished and ideal for purpose. A large lounge with free view TV is again comfortable and homely. Great views, parking for two cards. We loved it.

The location was brilliant. The apartment had so much room. and was lovely and clean. Parking straight outside on the roadside for easy access.
no running hot water but luckly a dishwasher bathroom lukewarm didnt spoil our time there

Location was perfect and facilities great. Lounge was big and very comfortable, good sized bedrooms and bathroom was fine. It met all our needs. Welcome pack was unexpected but a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable accommodation. Very large apartment with plenty of room for a family of 5. We stayed in the upstairs two bedroom apartment. This would have been a huge house once upon a time. Nice big tv as well.
Some damp issues at roof junctions. Needs some tlc and a lick of paint. Very cold on arrival but soon warmed up. The bathroom is a little dark, especially for the better half to put makeup on!
