The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. My room has been upgraded to a suit which was terrific.

The hotel is a mix of Egyptian/ Moroccan interior design. The pool is in the middle surrounded by trees and flowers. Can't describe how beautiful it is. Rooms are large enough to rest and enjoy a goodnight sleep. The staff are super friendly, always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best Egyptian breakfast I had in my life. So many varieties fresh and tasty. Unlimited order of drinks and food. Location is central surrounded by restaurants, shops and night life. What do you need more ?

Breakfast was very poor. Low quality of food and pretty standard. Nicely served on nice plates in a nice space but this is not what it is about.

Absolutely bad service. Extra charge of 30 percent upon arrival on the total cost. No help with luggage, instead security stuff who is treating you after a long journey not like guests. Same procedure at departure again.

The location is great, the breakfast was really good, the room is spacious and really comfortable, the bed and pillows were great. The bathroom very clean and comfy.

It's really hard to find something that I didn't like about this hotel! My husband fall in love with it anyway and told me we should come again to this place!

the suite was clean , decoration was minimalistic but very nice, just what you might need. staff was helpful and always smiling and polite it is a small size hotel, quite with a lovely entrance fountain and arabesque decoration, if you are looking to get away from a big resort then this is a good choice breakfast was not a buffet, you could order in your table directly which is much more enjoyable than queuing on a line for breakfast it is situated in the marina, we were in walking distance from many restaurants and nice walks

we were put in contact with an agency for day trips through the reception but they were so much more expensive than the other agencies (we paid double than everyone else in the activity) . however when we complained about it, the receptionist refunded part of the difference of price as a gesture and excused.
