Charming 'Nantucket' Style Beach Cottage
Perfekt für Paare und dennoch geräumig genug für eine Familie, ist dies "Nantucket" Stil Haus nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt an einer der schönsten Gassen in Ventura. Die eine Garage hat eine Waschmaschine / Trockner und Garagentoröffner. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Kamin, Kabel-TV, DVD und ein bequemes Sofa mit Chaiselongue. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über WLAN und ein Bose iPod-Dock. Lounge im großen Garten eine geräumige Terrasse Ziegel mit Sonnenschirmen mit, bequeme Gartensofas um einen Gas-Feuerstelle, Teak adirondacks, Esstisch und Stühlen, große rostfreie Weber Grill und eine Außendusche mit Warmwasser. Die Front Erker und holländischen Türen zum Strand Ferienhaus Gefühl hinzuzufügen. Zwei Liegestühle, ein Sonnenschirm, Strandtücher und Boogie Boards sind vorhanden.

Third time coming to Ventura. I did not want to leave when I got up this morning. I love this property. Location is perfect. Everything you need is there. We parked our car on Thursday afternoon and never moved it again until Tuesday morning. The back yard space is fabulous.

We booked this place 8 months ahead of a music festival we always attend. Hope we can do it again when next year's dates are announced. Anyway this was perfect for the two of us to go back to and rest after 12 hours of music and dust at the festival. Everything is exactly as the pictures show. The host is very responsive. My only regret is that we did not make use of the giant back yard but that is our own fault. We'll just have to book a weekend getaway just to stay there for that.

We had a great stay & will definitely book again! The location is fabulous... 1/2 a block from the ocean and biking distance to the pier and marina and other trails! The Kitchen has lots of cookware and tools. Kim has thought of almost every amenity you could ever want or need in a home. Check in & out was seamless and Kim was very quick to answer any questions.
Great to have the washer / dryer and a garage to store our bikes in.
A wonderful getaway in every way. We will definitely rent again soon!

The weather was not ideal, rained about the whole time so we were unable to enjoy the wonderful accommodations outside; however, the cottage was so homey that UT turned out to be a wonderful relaxing vacation. We had the fire roaring and did several of the included jigsaw puzzles. The bed and couch were so comfortable we didn't want to move. We will definitely be back!!

This was our second time staying here, and again, we love it! Cozy bed, all the extra linens you could possible need, beautifully supplied kitchen with plenty of quality pots, pans and dishes, thick and fluffy bath towels, plus beach towels and chairs. The shower has great water pressure and gets nicely hot, too. We had a great stay here for nine nights. Already looking forward to next time!

This roomy cottage is in a great location, has everything you need, and the beach is just a half block down the lane. It was spotless, with a comfy queen bed, lovely fresh towels, ample storage space, and an oversized patio. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The hostess, Kim, was accommodating, friendly, and easy to reach.

Timewreck is all I can call it. The 9 days we spent here went by like a dream. Great beach, super nice neighbors and a really accommodating host. This is the place to lose yourself and your cares and worries!!

This is an amazing property. So close to the beach. All the comforts of home. The outdoor space is beautiful and inviting. I enjoyed my birthday long weekend. Walking distance to restaurants. We just love this place.

Cute, cozy home only two minutes stroll to the beach
This delightful beach house is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! It had everything we could ask for: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space, spacious outdoor patio with a gas grill and fire pit, and beach items for our days in the sun. We loved our week here at the beach. Kim was quickly responsive to all of our questions. This is truly a 5 star place!

Visiting our Daughter in Ventura
We had high expectations for this house and we were not disappointed. We rode bike to downtown Ventura, took a Duffy around Channel Islands Harbor, drove to Ojai, and spent a couple days surfing. Loved the fire ring in the back yard and outdoor shower. I do not think there is a better value in Pierpont. Thank you for sharing your home.

Kim's Pierpont Bay - Wonderful Cottage
My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend. Kim's place had great cooking facilities, nice appliances, crockery, even outdoor bbq. Cottage is nicely decorated, lots of beach accessories available. The backyard is really great, and it is all one block from a really nice beach.

Perfect Ventura beach house!
Was so good to be back in the Pierpont neighborhood after over 40 years! Pierpont Bay is just the perfect beach house! We loved hearing the kids playing in the school yard. The patio was a great place for reading and morning coffee. Quiet. The house was roomier than we expected. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Spacious and well appointed!
Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was beautifully appointed with the same high-quality cookware and serveware we have in our own home. There are thoughtful touches in every room, and it's also so much more spacious than the photos show. Not only are there two generous living areas inside, the back garden is well-designed as three separate rooms, plus there is another patio space behind the front gate. Kim was super responsive and welcoming, and we can't wait to come back!

Ideal Beach Cottage
This is a fantastic property: clean, comfortable, cozy, and steps from Ventura's beautiful beach. It has everything you need for a perfect stay: a well-stocked kitchen, oodles of fluffy towels, a gorgeous back patio with a fire pit (for s'mores!), and all the supplies (paper products, soap, trash bags, etc.) that you could possible need for a week's stay. The owner is always available and takes excellent care of the property.

Wonderful Beach Cottage
We went down to see our daughter. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. The backyard was wonderful. The beach was so close. We enjoyed everyday. Kim was very responsive when we needed anything. I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone.
