Beautiful hotel, excellent facilites and amazing views. The location is very convenient to visit Filandia, Quimbaya and Panaca. Loved the jacuzzi!

Sadly this beautiful hotel is being let down by a lack of costumer service. We were left feeling that the staff need training in costumer service and there needs to be better management. The staff did not make us feel welcome. We had a special occasion and contacted the hotel in advance to organise it. They did not offer any special menus and asked us to talk to reception on arrival and bring our own decoration. We decorated the table and the staff didn’t make any effort to help us and simply provided what we asked for. The food was ok (definitely nothing to be remembered) but there was a very limited choice of meals. A couple of staff members were standing in the restaurant hugging each other romantically which was inappropriate and they did not seem to realise even when we approached them to ask them for a drink. At check-in the receptionist provided very little information and there was nothing in the room telling us how to contact reception, how to access the wifi, etc. we stayed in an apartment with 3 rooms and a kitchen but were not informed (until we asked) that we were not to use the hob.

Breakfast/dinner not good! The hotel is a long way from anywhere! Actually did not like hotel!

First room offered slept 5! Double bed/3 singles in one room! I was alone! Window had no glass, loose screen. no resemblance to room booked on booking.com! I was moved to another room, still did not resemble what I thought i had booked. No possibility of eating anywhere close by... food there not good. I thought access to pool was dangerous, curved slippery entry no steps.
