De entree, en die huiskamer van de villa waren mooi en authentiek ingericht, het ontvangst door het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de foto's is dit ook goed te zien. Maar het gaat toch uiteindelijk om de kamers.
De kamers vielen erg tegen en was ook niet gelijkwaardig aan de foto's die hierop getoond zijn. Eerst kregen we een kamer onder de begaande grond, deze was zeer vochtig, het beddengoed was klam, de wasbak zat los aan de muur, geen ramen, geen kluis, geen waterkoker, de airco maakte een herrie, kortom een onaantrekkelijke kamer met een sobere inrichting. De tweede dag hebben we om een andere kamer gevraagd, deze was aan het zwembad gelegen. Deze was iets kleiner en had geen kast maar we stemde er mee in omdat we niet nog een keer in een vochtige kamer wilden slapen. Maar tot onze verontwaardiging was deze kamer net zo vochtig en klam als die vorige. De verf bladderde ook van de muren. Ik heb veel recensies gelezen, en vind het heel raar dat daar niemand over geklaagd heeft. De ligging van de villa licht aan een onverharde weg

The staff at the reception stayed up til 3am to welcome me from my delayed flight from Cebu to Davao.
That their reception is not 24 hours when guests can have delayed flights and need to check in late. The road to the property needs a major repair plus it needs parking spaces for cars as its in a residential area of Davao.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Their breakfast was good, especially the coffee. Their pool was pretty clean and the common area was really beautiful. The place is very close to the airport, so it was quite convenient for me.
The room was okay, just not as well-maintained as I expected. Although the staff was great, they were limited by the multiple tiny rules and fees in effect. For example, my brother was gonna pick me up for breakfast on my last day. Since I liked the breakfast here, I thought about inviting him. When I asked the staff about it, they said he can only stay for 30 minutes even if he was gonna eat. I don't like rushing my meal and I felt like it was too strict. It didn't make sense considering we were gonna pay and I didn't have anybody else anyway who spent the night in my room. So we went elsewhere instead.

Terrible first room on our first night. It was in the basement, but in the next day they gave us a very nice room.
And the music is much too loud, we could hear it in our room even when we closed the door.

We stayed these 4 years ago and to be honest the same room had not been kept up to date and there was more dust than I would of expected for the price of the stay... it also needed the water damage on the ceiling to be covered with some paint and the water damage on the walls to be repaired and replasted and painted.. also behind the TV was a fire hazard as the whole of the TV was thick with dust made up of flammable hair and cloth fibers. But non of this had any bearing on our stay. The pool was fantastic as it was our first visit . Sadly no tea or coffee making in the room but was still able to have coffee made and drank out on the veranda.
The staff couldn't be faltered they were very Pleasant and courteous also they were really helpful too.. thanks to you all ... And nothing would put me off staying again he they will accept us again.??
The pool. The peacefulness of the area even though it's very close to the airport..And we loved the heavy rains and thunder storms.. the gardens are also what I loved and seeing them 4 years Mowbray a pleasant and pleasing sight for me and my wife. The fact we can get our washing done is also a benefit.
The TV was a disappointment as there was no Netflix or YouTube so he ended up using our phones

I really like the location because it's near the airport and sea port so it's very convenient for us travellers. I also enjoy the cozy vibe and the design of the house. All staff even the owners are very accomodating, corteous and nice. The bed is very comfy and the air conditioned is working properly. The breakfast food is delicious as well.
It's really difficult to have a visitor. I know that they allow 30 minutes maximum but I guess for someone who will not sleep there and mainly wanted to catch up a bit, I am quite disappointed with it.

The location is secluded in a small neighborhood which is good in most cases and safe for sure but means traveling to and from it is mostly via taxi as it would be long walks to downtown.

I loved the place.
On my arrival at the reception it was very nice looking and very clean and with staff welcoming you all the way and beyond.
The pool was really great and only a stone trow away from my room and i spent a lot of time in the pool.
The manager is really great and goes out of his way to help you.
The food is also great at the villa i liked it all and i spoke to the manager to maybe add a few more dishes and swap and change sometimes as the long stay guests will love that.
The bed rooms are a bit small but comfortable. The shower and toilet are working great. The bed for my sleeping is a bit soft for a long stay but it was sleeper ball. Maybe latter on the Villa mite want to invest in some nice and better beds to improve there service to the customer.
I really liked the inside of the villa with its antique.
The road outside the villa was a bit rough and maybe if it will get fixed with Tare it will make the front of the place look a lot better.
Taxi is always available at the Villa as staff will call one for you.

This was my first time to visit The Executive Villa inn with my wife,it was excellent,the accomodation is very good,the swimming pool is amazing and everything is very clean,,the manager is very good,because he works every day from 0600- 10.00 in the evening,the location is very quit and near by the airport,the food also is very good
