The room was lovely, staff were extremely helpful and the food was great. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Location, Helpful Staff,Great Price

Breakfast was good, though had to ask for toast for continental breakfast, and they did supply gluten-free toast when i asked for it and no toast with my husband's cooked breakfast, he didn't want to make a fuss so didn't ask, usually there is toast making facilities available! Not sure why this wasn't there! Also staff were good when I asked for a cup of tea, they realized they had not put tea bags out!

Our room was very tired looking, carpet badly stained, bathroom clean but worn out, bathroom window was either shut or wide open, couldn't get it to stay slightly ajar, bed hard pillows to low. In general these rooms are not worth what was charged!

Clean and tidy units, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Great location, nice bar and restaurant. enjoyed the Karaoke night.

I stayed there for 7 days and the only thing that was cleaned or changed was the towels and bed was made. The floor inside the bathroom was dirty. The carpet seem like it never got vacuumed. The shower was clogged and water level got higher and higer everytime.

The bathroom was a little bit worn but the room was well priced so can't complain!

What a fabulous find! Not only is it within close distance to the airport, but as a Hotel, it has a wonderful restaurant. We enjoyed an evening meal along with a full breakfast the next morning, as we had a later flight. The bathroom was dated, but had a very comfy bath and I had the bubbles to go with it. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all the marvellous Staff, we felt so spoilt. :)
