Guesthouse ligt vlakbij uitvalswegen, maar toch vrij rustig. Ruime privé parkeergelegenheid. Prima continentaal ontbijt. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Grote supermarkt en enkele restaurants op loopafstand.
Kamer was erg warm. Slechte ventilatie in badkamer, waardoor alles lang nat blijft.

Spacious, comfortable, well furnished room in a small family run B&B. Convenient for Coventry centre, Warwickshire and main routes north/south. Good choice of continental breakfast. Marina and Scott are helpful, attentive hosts and ensure you have everything you need. Recently installed rapid EV chargers in the fuel station across the road make this an excellent location for EV owners. I'm sure we will return!

Good communications from host, easy check in, porridge included in continental breakfast. Quiet location away from main road. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Able to open the window and turn down the radiators as it was very warm in the room.
Option of cooked breakfast, more variety of fruit with the continental breakfast but this would probably mean at extra cost.

Very cosy stay. Very clean. Well managed breakfast options. The stay provides all you need and value for money. I would like to acknowledge the gesture of providing a deicer and warm water to help with the cars considerably icing up this week. The feature of providing the same room to a single person for a cheaper rate is much appreciated and should be adopted elsewhere as well.

We stayed one night as we were going to a family party nearby. The owner, Scott, was lovely and very attentive. The room was very clean and had everything you'd need. Breakfast was included in the morning which was a nice touch! Incredible value for money, so much nicer (and cheaper) than a travel lodge. Would highly recommend.

Absolute gem of a find set back of main road so feels safe and secure, great host and breakfast well thought out, room was spotless and comfortable, pubs food and shops right on your door step. couldn't of asked for more. 👍👍👍

Middle House is clean and charming. The bedroom was lovely with a large, comfortable bed and excellent en-suite bathroom. It felt personal - the kind of thing you don’t get at a Premier Inn.

The breakfast was nice and simple. It was very nicely presented with cute jars. The room was very clean and it had everything we needed.
We felt a bit self conscious about our noise level as it is a converted house and walls are thin. I understand that we should be considerate with other guests but it felt like we couldn’t be completely comfortable.

Breakfast was simple but tasty and great value considering it was included in the price. Nice dining room too.
The property was set back from the road so it felt nice and safe and the car parking was excellent.
Very small thing, the bed mattress was very soft for our liking. But that was the only thing, otherwise all great thanks.

This little place is a gem. It really is. Clean, plenty of parking, a welcoming host, big spacious room and excellent shower. There was also a fan in my room to help with the heat. Breakfast was good. Overall this is a real find.

I stayed at Middle House inbetween shifts at work. I was greeted by Marina who is very friendly.
The room was modern, clean and had good tea & coffee facilities.
The property was quiet and in a very good location.
Breakfast was good and Marina kindly accommodated my request to have breakfast a little earlier than what it is usually offered.
I would definitely stay again and recommend to all.

A friendly welcome, a pleasant, clean and comfortable room in a quiet setting. Good access to nearby A45/46 road routes to motorways and also local buses into Coventry.

quiet location. easy parking. exceptionally clean and well presented. warm welcome on arrival by our host Scott. attention to detail in the room with hairdryer, fan, and a folder full of information of local area. lots of various teas coffees in room. breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. service very good and not rushed. can’t wait for our return visit.

At Middle House, we felt they had thought of everything. All the little touches - fans in bedroom, bottles of water, big mugs for tea/coffee. Breakfast was ordered the night before and was delicious. Large comfy beds and very modernised bathrooms with gorgeous showers. We loved everything here. An excellent location, in a quiet area. What a superb find!
