The 5pm closing time for the pool and the shower was so small

The staff Nadine was fabulous 👌 she ensures we were comfortable although the Ac in studio 30 not working the entire stay luckily we have fan

Maintenance

We arrived at 1pm and did not get a room, not our room STUDIO 30 that we BOOKED. We got a room at 5pm. We were badly treated by the host(male) who we had to keep calling and calling who kept promising us our room would be ready but delivered on none of his promises and we had to keep calling and calling some more sometimes we got no answer. When it was time to go to the room the housekeeper(female) she was giving my partner attitude and told us if we didnt like the place we could leave after being delayed for so many hours. We got a replacement as it was to late to go back home. Other than a leak in the bathroom the room we got was good and WE made the most of our time. They didnt offer any reconciliation and had the audacity to come to my room at exactly 11AM on the day of my departure. I did not leave until 1pm.

The location was excellent for exploring Ochio Rios. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The colonial style buildings and the grounds were a pleasure. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The shower room was tiny. The shower was about 3'x3'. There was not enough room to shower comfortably. Some of the furniture was old and broken. Only one bedside lamp worked. The main light did not work. The constant noise of the next-door AC made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, we only stayed 3 nights; we were out all day and only used the room in the evening.

Very comfortable and close to shops & the beach

No ceiling light in bedroom and AC could be cooler.
