This property is exactly as advertised. Josh has lovingly created wooden furniture and tables for this home. Kitchen pans and utensils were plentiful and we had plenty of towels and wash cloths also. Josh was always very prompt in communication which we always appreciate. We often visit the National Park but had never stayed on the North Carolina side. The location is perfect - a short easy drive to the park entrance. It is also very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. And of course the train is in Bryson City. We also discovered a wonderful bakery and pizza in town. We are glad that we chose to stay here!

Check in was great and check out instructions were very clear. The only thing we thought it was on Deep Creek but you couldn't walk to the creek from the property but it wasn't a big deal. Very close to Bryson City without being in the city.

Great place to stay and close to town!

We have stayed in the middle Deep Creek apartment and it is amazing. This weekend we stayed in the large apartment with another couple. The property is clean and comfortable. The only thing I would note is that the full bath is between the bedrooms and shared. We felt that this reduced the amount of privacy for both couples but we didn’t have any issues. Josh is a terrific host and I highly recommend staying in one of his apartments for your visit to Bryson City. This property will be our top pick for all of our trips to the area. Thank you Josh!

Wife and I wanted to explore the Bryson City area for future trips. The property location was a perfect area to do that.

Plenty of room for our family. (4 total). Property was comfortable and had everything you needed. Just bring your toiletries and own coffee etc. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans to cook with. Only issue was front porch light is on all night and shines through the French doors. If you have to use the day bed or sofa bed maybe ask about the porch light bring turned off. Property had a second unit and neighbors came in at 1:30 am slamming doors. Not owners fault just disrespectful guest. All in all would visit again!

Property was convenient to Bryson City as well as Cherokee and Maggie Valley. Property was clean and beds were very comfortable. Had a small issue at check-in, but Josh answered my concern immediately. Was a great stay and hope to be able to stay again.

Host was great. We got caught in a flash flood and couldn't come for our first night, and due to the circumstances, the host refunded that night. A very fair and considerate host. Property is great. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This apartment is located super close to the entrance to Deep Creek and is easy to find. The check in and out process was seamless. Everything was clean and the apartment was spacious. The handmade furniture was beautiful and the decor was cool. This was our first trip to Bryson City and we really enjoyed, the comfort of the apartment played a big role in that.

The homemade furniture was cool. Clean place. The beds are extraordinarily uncomfortable.

Great place to stay close to town and peaceful neighborhood

Great location. Easy check in and quick responses from owner to meet our needs. Easy access to other locations and sightseeing activities. Will definitely recommend to other groups.

Plenty of room for a family of 5! Much more comfortable than a hotel room with two bathrooms and a kitchen as well as a living space and a yard for the kids to play in.

We were here to rest and sleep between site seeing. There is a kitchen to cook for your family and plenty of room for all. It was a great little place to stay for the weekend with my girls.

Really impressed with how quickly the owner responded if we had an issue. The place is very clean and well kept. Beds are very comfortable!

I was thinking that meant the border of the NP. But no, there's a trailhead there. A popular one, but not nearly as crowded as most of the others we went to (or drove past when we saw the clump of cars). It's easy to get to, and the trails were very good, accessible to a wide array of hiking/fitness levels. It was good to have one day with minimal driving.

It has a great open lawn for playing with kids. It has lots of beds and they all were all so comfy that we all slept Later than usual, including my kids! Renting this apartment included a free day of tubes for the whole family and tubing was just a couple miles up the road. We had a blast tubing with our boys. Also, as a side note, I had a package shipped to me and the owner offered to have it shipped to my home if it showed after I left. Amazing!

Great place to stay. Close to GSNP and tubing. Only stayed two days and did not get to do much. We hope to come back another time. Place was perfect for our family of 5.

This was an excellent place. It was close and convenient to a lot of outdoor activities and to downtown Bryson City. The owner was very responsive to email questions and request. The cabin/apt was very spacious and clean. There was a big pitch with nice comfortable rockers for kicking back and relaxing. Overall a great place to stay and relax.

Wondering property management and ease of access to town. Plenty of room. Will rent again when in the area.

This place is great. It’s in the perfect location to downtown Bryson City and for tubing in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park on Deep Creek. The place is spotless and sleeps 6 comfortably. Josh is a great host and will hook you up with tubing on the Deep Creek. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.

This unique 2 bedroom was immaculately clean and a perfect location for a trip to the mountains. Close to Bryson City and Cherokee. Our favorite discovery was how close we were to the entrance to the Smoky Mountain National park and the 3 waterfall loop trail. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Deep Creek. We were only minutes from Bryson City and the Polar Express and just a short drive from Dillsboro, Sylvia, Franklin and Waynesville. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for the five of us. The beds were super comfy!! Josh was quick to get back to us with any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
