This condo is located on the quieter part of the beach but still close enough to walk towards the action if needed. The room itself is great, tons of room, very clean and great balcony as well. My friends and I have loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Jaco!

Our condo was huge! Three large bedrooms and a huge open kitchen and living room that opens to a balcony with ocean views. It is walking distance to town if you don't mind the heat, otherwise a car is ideal. The outdoor space is large and a perfect place to begin the day with coffee and end the day with a cocktail. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things you need to prepare a meal, if you want to do that on vacation. It's very secure in a gated community, guarded 24/7. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Jaco.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway in a place that was comfortable and had convenient access to restaurants and transportation. We found this and much more. The property was clean, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. We were steps away from the beach and had a great view from the deck. The security staff members were cordial and helpful as well. Overall, we had a tremendously satisfying visit.

Spacious and comfortable. Apartment with sprawling patio facing the ocean. On the 2nd floor facing the ocean. Not easy to see through the trees -but the sound of pounding waves can be heard inside even with the doors closed views of the river too. Kitchen has lots of cooking tools. No spices or cooking oils. Everything must be brought in. Yummy restaurant within walking distance. Easier to have a car to reach shopping and downtown. Nice pool. 2 Beach towels in each room plus pool noodles. Kitchen supplies for doing dishes cleaning supplies and garbage bags in kitchen. Small sample bathroom shampoo and conditioner you will need more if you stay longer than 2 days. The apartment is not thread bear but does look lived. Would stay here again if I visited this area. I felt very safe with security on sight.

First time to Costa Rica! Absolutely beautiful place! The condo was absolutely beautiful and everything was amazing! Clean beautiful well stocked short walk from town shopping restaurant and bars! Would definitely stay again! Planning the next trip and will book to stay here again! And very safe loved the 24hr guards!

Thank you for providing all our needs that was well thought of in advance. Just a minor comment, you will need a shower stall bar for your guest, to reduce the possibility of any slips. Will return next year, had a blast.

This condo complex was a great spot for a stay in Jaco! It was right on the beach and the 2nd floor views of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. We saw wildlife from the balcony while having breakfast, and were able to explore Monkey Beach within just a few minutes walk. Town and the casino were close when we wanted more action, and far enough away where things were quiet back at the condo. The pool and staff were great too!

We stayed at this wonderful location for about 5 days. We loved the location, the amazing views, and how clean it was. We had 3 adults staying and we had our own spaces, but also enjoyed the shared living area and patio. The check in process was easy and speaking to the owner was fast! We enjoyed our stay and would come back!!!

A great condo at the north end of Jaco Beach. Clean, secure and high quality 30 unit condo with a great restaurant just across the road. Jaco is a busy tourist town with lots of tourist shops and local adventure attractions, but probably wouldn’t visit alone at night. Had a great relaxing visit after our 10 day guided tour through the rain forest and volcano area then the Pacific coast for great beach activities. Laura’s 3 bedroom condo is as predicted.

The condo is very quiet and spacious. The sounds of the waves are pretty much all you hear.
Checking in was a little harder than expected. The gate guard did not speak English. We were told we were in the wrong place. After calling the host to translate and gain entry there was not a problem the rest of the week.
Needs more towels and washcloths. One towel per guest, only one washcloth and hand towel per bath for a week stay is not enough. Call host to get more towels. they did bring two more bath towels per room but still needed washcloths and hand towels. Host was rude to say we could do laundry. I was on vacation and didn't plan to go buy laundry soap and do laundry. But those are just small inconveniences. Overall, the condo is very nice, and the location was good for all the activities in the area.

property is butted right up to Crocs Resort and Casino, which is kind of cool, and at north end of Jaco....
the condo accommodates all you need, although it could use a few more bath towels and extra pillows.
the AC didn't quite make it to the master bedroom, but there was an extra fan there to make it comfortable....throughout the rest of condo, though, it was plenty ample!
I think one of the top 5 restaurants in Jaco was just across the street, EL MANGLAR.....also, there was a convenience store just up the street to get some snacks, beer, wine or booze....the good supermarket you need some wheels, but some smaller markets were about a 20 minute one way walk.....not bad considering you're checking out Jaco on the walk.
I'd definitley would recommend staying in this unit, the communication between owner and us was timely.
I would like to give a shout out to the staff that secures and watches over property, from the guys posting up at the gated entrance, to the guys who keep watch around the pool area leading to the beach....super friendly and top notch!!

This is our second time visiting this specific listing and we had a great time. I like the smaller complex vs. what is nearby. The condo itself is nice and large with enough room for our family of 4 to spread out. The beach location is great and quieter than other areas. The manager was especially responsive with helping me know how to use the washer and dryer and being certain we had everything we needed!

The property and residents were so welcoming. We enjoyed the location at the north end of the beach away from the people and close enough to explore the hills and trails. The unit was well equipped and everything was as listed. We had five guests and everyone was able to have their space but still spend time together in the living areas. Responsive host to our concerns and they were quick to resolve a small issue we had.

The condo was exactly as the pictures show, we were all very comfortable. The location is perfect and very secure with a guard station to be able to enter into the property. All of the property staff was very friendly and attentive. As you walk in you have one room to the left and the other room a little further down to the right.. The master bedroom was separated by both bathrooms towards the back of the condo with sliding doors to the balcony. The only thing I would recommend will be some beach chairs and an umbrella but aside from that it had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy it.

The property was beautiful and the perfect beachfront location for our family getaway. The location offered a few walkable restaurants as well as many more shops and restaurants within a few kilometers. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in.
We were also within a hour of activities ranging from hiking national parks to Capuchin encounters to zip line & repeling to ATVs to horseback riding right outside our back door.

Laura was very helpful with all of our questions and provided us with a driver from San Jose to the property. I would definitely recommend this property.

After a few hiccups at the outset, the property manager sorted things out and we had a wonderful stay. The unit is on the beach with a large balcony that provides the perfect location for early morning coffee or stretching out for a nap during the heat of the day. The unit is well equipped for a long term stay especially if you plan to cook. Area is very safe and all resort staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is a good size and never really busy. Jaco has a great walking beach, surfing lessons, horseback rides, massages and lots hiking and other activities for young and old nearby. I highly recommend this area and this unit.

The condo is in great condition. The owners were very attentive to our questions and our needs. I would stay there again. The beach is just ok, but any beach is a good beach. Being next door to Crocs is a big plus... decent food and gambling in the event of rain. 1 - 1.5 miles to a very nice variety of other places. The wi-fi in the front bedroom is weak. Put the right parties in that room. Use the ceiling fans per the owner recommendation. Spend a few minutes to learn the thermostat. Enjoy the great balcony. See the crocodiles under the bridge on the way into town... we saw 3 on our way out. Was wheelchair friendly for my wife. The guards were very nice and made us feel very safe.

Handle on dryer missing (it would be nice to have an english translation for settings on washer and dryer)

Could not get TV in master bedroom to turn on
Only 1 hand towel and no wash cloths in unit
No mattress cover on bed in master and the mattress is very stained
Water accumulated under kitchen sink

Excellent experience - beautiful property.
Despite other reviews regarding check-in - we had an excellent experience. Due to multiple flight delays, we didn't arrive until 3am the next morning. I contacted the manager and the guard at the gate was ready for us and extremely friendly. The property was beautiful and very clean. Exactly what we expected from the listing. Our first trip to Costa Rica was perfect!!

We enjoyed our stay. Looks just as pictured. Having access to the resort next door was perfect for us. The music from next door was loud but it did not interrupt our relaxing vacation. They drained the pool on our third day. If we return again I would love to stay in the same condo. Property was safe and location was perfect if you have transportation.

Very stressful check-in process March 25, 2021. We received an email from VRBO saying the Tres Regalos condominiums security guard would have keys our unit upon arrival. After driving 4 hours with children, standing on the wrong side of the gate in 93 degree sun, we were told by the security guard we "do not have a reservation" in Spanish. He showed me their check-in list for that date to verify. My emails from VRBO didn't matter. Only his paperwork mattered.After a very expensive cell phone call, the "manager" Jennyfer, said she had noting to do with our reservation and had to contact. Laura Arango. Jennyfer said she would call me back in "2 minutes". She never called me back.After 20 more minutes in the blazing sun, I called Jennyfer again. She said Laura wasn't answering any of her phones, couldn't get any paperwork to the guard without Laura, and "please be patient." My family is just staring at me in disbelief. This was a very terrible experience.
