Clean green environment, very kind, friendly and helpful proprietors. We were well catered for, including unlimited bottles of water and a delicious breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet accommodation central for our requirements with safe and secure parking.

Complete silence, perfect for a comfortable stay.

Marino helped us with all the necessary information about transport and what we can visit in Venice.

Very helpful and kind owner. We stayed for a week and were upgraded to a huge room free of charge.
Quiet area, great bed for good sleep. Breakfast was also of high quality. Bottled water free of charge 24/7.
The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and everything was spotlessly clean all the time.
Great location - situated near access road between two large highway interchanges. You can get anywhere very quickly, whether it be a sub 10 minute drive to Venice parking just before the bridge or if you want to explore Padova or Verona - you are never stuck in traffic, as you exit the street directly onto the access road.
Free parking on the property and remote control for the electrically operated gate was provided.
No ventilation system at all and opening the windows is a bad idea due to the mosquitos. This makes getting fresh air difficult.
Shower could have a thermostatic regulator, but there were no major issues with pressure or temperature.
Still 10/10 due to exceptional value for money.

Owner was lovely and offered his help/tipps. Also the hotel is super dog friendly! Breakfast was good and some products were self made of his wife.
Some hair in our bed :/ shower was way to small with the shower curtain sticking on me.

Location is great, easy access to Venice by car. Great host gave us all the tips we needed to have great time during our stay. All recommendations were excellent and over all we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great with home grown tomatoes and figs.

Marino is a wonderful and kind host who has build the farm brick by brick with his family, the house is marvelous and spottlessly clean. It's a natural oases very close to entering Venice. I did not know the area around Venice was so industrial. Am so happy i chose this place.. a perfect peaceful haven from which to explore Venice.
