Brilliant little hotel, about 400 metres from the ADO bus station. Surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. The manager was extremely patient and helpful with all sorts of advice. Would highly recommend this hotel.

No breakfast

This family owned property is wonderful. We received a warm welcome and we were very pleased with our room. It was spacious and clean. The daily cleaning was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. The pool is very welcome and a great social area. The decor is traditional Mexican and we like that a lot. The location is good as it’s on the outskirts of the really touristy 'strip' but still easy walking to the beach. The bar next door provided a much needed beer on our day or arrival, and the coffee place Ocho's on 4th has the BEST coffe ever

The shower head really needed descaling as so many of the holes were blocked that the shower wasn’t that satisfying. There were no glasses or tea making facilities in the room although we did receive a couple of mugs when we asked for something to drink out of.

No coffee/tea at the location, no water as a nice welcome. The shower took a very long time to warm up. There was no bottled water the other hotels we stayed at at least gave us water. We found cockroach inside our room. It was raining and we asked for umbrella as we wanted to go for a dinner but the receptionist said they don’t provide any umbrellas.

The location was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Wifi was not good but other than that the stay was enjoyable.

nothing honestly. we all felt welcomed, staff was kind and helpful. kept our bags while we shopped and called us a cab when we returned so we could move on to the next town.

The staff was the best!! Very friendly and helpful. We loved the trees and plants in the courtyard and the pool!!

The room didn't get much natural light. The location was okay for us but other travelers might prefer to be closer to the action on 5th ave.

Stay at the hotel was wonderful! Room was very spacious and clean and the whole hotel had a very cozy vibe. It was super central and less than 10 min to the beach. Big Walmart was also cca5min walking distandce if you need a shop. Staff was super lovely, especially the receptionsist who were super kind and helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel!

quiet at night, 5 minute walk to Avenida 5, convenient and clean

Very comfy beds and pillow, very clean, and nice AC minisplit. I liked having a mini-fridge as well. Great location and quiet.

Really nice hotel, lovely yard, we came here based on our friend's reccommendation and it did not disappoint. We stayed just for three nights but we wished we could have stayed longer. It's on a good location, but far away from all the noise. The bed is huge and comfy.

We would have liked to have something to put our towels and bathing suits to dry, but other than that everything was great.
