The rooms and toilet were really clean, lovely presented and it has extras like dressing gowns and coffee facilities. The location was ideal to go to Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Mortehoe. The service was excepcional and breakfast fantastic. A lovely experience!!

This was a great place to stay. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good including the traditional full English. There was parking for our car. Our host was present most of the time and was attentive without being intrusive. The room was well decorated. The only disadvantage was that it took 30 minutes or so to reach the Dales.

Very warm welcome from Jayne with freshly made cake and tea! Absolutely spotless throughout and recently decorated to a very high standard. Breakfast was spot on with very fresh fruit and perfectly cooked breakfast. Nice little touches like an honesty bar with very reasonable prices and a bowl of fruit if you get peckish. Also fresh milk readily available for tea coffee. The most 'Green' B&B we've stayed in with plenty of sustainable touches.
