Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Taxi was organized for us.

I didn't like anything.
NO AIR-CONDITIONING. I checked two and they were faulty. You pay for it but don't expect them to work. Hot like hell in the room and full of insects. I was asked to walk to another hotel in the middle of the night when I complained. Then offered a fan. Then as a last resort to staff that don't want to be inconvenient, another room which also had faulty Aircon.
Noise was on another level. I had better sleep at the airport than here. Housekeeping start yelling at 6am then locals continue in the bar downstairs.
I found a dirty towel from a previous customer in the bathroom. Internet on the blink.
I was harassed twice into rip off taxi fares to the point of staff having the audacity to stare into my phone to see who I booked and where I am going.
The manager refused REFUSED to let go of my bag before she checked the room.

I like the hotel. It's clean and close to the airport. There is a restaurant with nice food and fresh juice. The stuff is very polite and helpful.

Emergency airport stop when the airport was shut by typhoon. 5 mins from the airport. Room clean and tidy for the price. Staff are lovely and can talk to you via Google chat, no English. Food really good quality. Good WiFi. I didn't stay the night just waited until the airport opened
It was so noisy as I think every taxi driver in hanoi stopped there to while away the rain

Location is good, close to the airport. We didn't stay long, just an over night before an early flight.

Location was convenient.
No heating.
The hotel is attached to a restaurant. Lots of people smoking so the smoke permeated up the stairs and into our room. We had to sleep with face masks on.

We were surprised by the size of the room for such a cheap price. 2 double beds, easy chairs, TV, big bathroom, big window with view and 10 minutes walk from the airport. Looks like we will stay here again during our next visit in April

Very close to the airport. Called HD House and they arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the Domestic terminal, cost 120K but the return was only 100k.
We booked the hotel so that we could rest/shower and have a bite to eat before our flight back to the UK at 1.10am.
The food in the cafe next door was amazing. Best Beef Pho I have ever tasted for only 45K.
If I fly into Hanoi airport again, I will definitely be popping back to this hotel just to have their Beef Pho again!
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Excellent wifi and was nice to have a hot shower before the flight home.
There isn't a lift but as we were only there for 7 hours between flights we left the suitcases downstairs as we had everything we needed in the hand luggage.

A few things:
1. it is too close to the airport, taxis didn't want to take us since the fare would be too small for them to make the trip
2. young people hangs out in the lobby, smoking and the smokes can easily be smelled on the upper 2 floors
3. seems sketchy in the evening but we arrived late in the evening (around 10pm)
4. TV wasn't working

we had NO water at all in the morning. Not no hot water, no water. in about 45 minutes we got a key to go have a shower in building next door, but this was too late as we had a flight out.

Close to the Airport. About 10 min walk to the international Terminal.
Really dirty. Hair everywhere. Smoking allowed inside. Cant Lock the room and there isnt any safe, so leaving is dangerous.

The staff member who greeted us was very helpful and kind. The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight. The room was absolutely massive and aircon was very good.

Courteous and helpful staff despite the language barrier.
Cafe downstairs was quite noisy till the wee hours. Can hear each person passing your room. Astray provided in room but no balcony, just a window.
