Excellent location & fantastic view from the balcony. Visitors should bear in mind that there is a slight climb to the property to enjoy these views. Walking distance to all Lassi restaurants, beach & the nearby capital Argostoli where you can catch a ferry for the half hour trip Lixouri. The apartment interior is a bit old fashioned & the shower a bit small but it was very clean & sheets & towels were changed regularly.

There was a kettle & toaster which was great but I was surprised there was no hob to allow more cooking options.

Simple, spotlessly clean accommodation run by very welcoming personnel, looking to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is steep to access on foot, but provides lovely views over the garden, village and bay.

Clean staff were super helpful and nice. The place was very clean. Housekeeping was very good. Provided us with everything we asked for.

Kitchen could have done with more facilities toaster cooker ect.

Excellent location. Value for money lovely owners. The view is to die for highly recommended. The property is up a hill but that just enhances the spectacular views of the sea. Lovely peaceful location.

The decor is basic but that is all you need everything's at hand and is just what you need

The view from the window of the apartment was amazing, sitting outside watching the sunset was beautiful. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard, sheets were changed regularly and fresh towels always available. Staff were friendly and welcoming, we were shown to our room by the owner on the first night, and they waved us off at the end. Couldn't fault them, would definitely return.

Not their fault, the walk home at the end of the night is all uphill! At least you'll burn off the calories you drank from the cocktails!

The location was within easy reach of all the tavernas and great local beaches. The room was cleaned every day and was always a bit later in the day, giving you that time in the morning to relax, before setting off for the day. The bed was comfortable and the superior room with a Seaview was spacious. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The owner Spiros and staff that we met, were very helpful and welcoming, but let you enjoy your privacy.

Everything was what, we were hoping for.

I enjoyed everything about my stay (2 weeks) with Mediterranean Studios. The property has a wonderful garden which is the most beautiful around the neighbouring giving a nice view of the bay and the sea. The hosts were very nice and welcoming. The studio is large, very clean with everything that we needed. Sleep was excellent, the bed is large and has a good mattresses, the room was not very hot so that we could even sleep with no AC some nights. It can accomodate easily a family with 2 kids. Breakfast can be taken at Mel's (they serve a very good omelette) around 5 minutes walk on the way to the beach. Close to this location is a very nice small sandy beach called Gradakia which takes about 10 minutes to be reached by walking. Not to mention Makris Gialos beach which is also in the neighbourhood. Lassi is a good location to explore the island as well, all beaches being less than 1 hour away by car. My top favourite beaches were: Petani and Myrthos for the turquoise water and waves, Antisamos for the clarity, Xi for the sand and Gradakia and Makris Gialos because they were very kids friendly, Oh yes, and Skala as well for being the largest and less crowded of all with nice fish swimming around. I would definitely come back in the future as Kefalonia was the most beautiful island between all the islands visited so far (including Crete).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mediterranean Studios. Very clean, nicely presented room. The gardens and views stunning. Given it was so hot the air-con was extremely efficient and welcomed. Access to nearby pool and bar was a big surprise, management friendly and informative.

The shower was small with shower curtain so floor got wet, not the best but it worked well. Internet was weak in the room and so you do need your own data access, internet was stronger at the pool.
