We were in town for a graduation. Loved the hot tub and the great location. It worked out very well for our needs and we would rent again. Steve had great communication and the house book was super helpful.

The house was very cozy, comfortable and welcoming. It is also very roomy and spacious. The hot tub is a plus, especially after a cold day on the river.

All the comforts of home, this was a very comfortable place. We enjoyed being so close to downtown, with plenty of room to stretch out. There were deer in our yard every morning! We slept great, the beds are very comfortable. The only thing that was not as advertised is air conditioning, this house does not have central air, only 1 unit in the master bedroom.

This home was in a great location, close to a park and downtown. The living room area was so comfortable and had great natural light and views of the mountains. There was plenty of space and it would be great for families and friend groups. The hot tub was super relaxing at the end of the day after exploring the town. If you're in the area, I highly recommend staying here!

This house worked perfectly for me, my husband, adult son and our dog. The main area is spacious and comfortable and the downstairs area was perfect for our son. The location was near a park, that was nice with our dog, and an easy drive to Hwy 12. Great place and wonderfully furnished - the owner is fantastic!

This is a great house! Very laid back and comfortable. Loved the couch and chair in the living room. Would be awesome to snuggle into with a fire In the fireplace. Hot tub was great too!

8 girls stayed at this property for a weekend girls trip to the hot springs. The place was fantastic. It had everything we needed, plenty of space, the hot tub was warm and Steve was very accommodating!!! 10/10 would recommend.

We needed a base camp to stay at for our ice fishing trip. This place was much better than the fishing was... It had everything we needed and plenty of room. Hot tub was a nice bonus.

I needed an extra few bedrooms for our family's Christmas gathering, and was happy to find this one not too far away from my location. The grandparents enjoyed being close (but not too close!) to the grandkids, and the teenagers enjoyed some dips in the hot tub. The living room was perfect for movie night. Thanks for the stay!

My family spent our Christmas vacation in Helena to snow ski and snow mobile. Even though the weather did not cooperate we had a great stay. Our property was ready for us early and the communication was great. We proudly recommend this owner and this property to anyone that stays.

The house was perfect for our group. The beds were comfortable. The round chair is my favorite place to sit. I will be purchasing one of those for my own house. We would definitely stay here again if life brings us back to Helena.

The house was absolutely perfect.....amazing layout, plenty of room and sleeping space for everyone! Loved having the hot tub for the cold nights! We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Helena!

The property is clean, well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The living room was big and comfortable to watch football and movies. Really cozy place in a nice neighborhood close to everything you want in Helena. Steve was so easy and fun to work with. We give a huge thumbs up to this property!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Having the hot tub was a nice bonus. We did not cook or spend much time except to sleep after our niece's wedding at the house but the kitchen looked well stocked with the necessities. The property manager was great at communication with us before our stay.

It felt like we were borrowing someone's home. Kitchen well equipped. Loved the recycling. Close to my Mother's house (she hosted a reunion). The shower drains were very slow running. hope they get fixed in the future.

It needs a better dishes and cleaning.

Dear Steve, I cannot say enough good things about the your quick and efficient responses during booking, and multiple re-bookings. You really went above and beyond to accommodate our unpredictable schedule that kept changing. Our agency booked this VRBO for staff while they were in Helena for a work training, it was more economical than local hotels, and staff really enjoyed the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Below are the responses from our staff who stayed there. 1. Megan wrote: The VRBO was wonderful!! The home was very clean and in a great location. Steve was very accommodating and welcomed used to use most everything home and in the kitchen, so we didn’t have to buy a bunch of little things to make food. Which was extremely nice! We enjoyed our stay. Not great for two couples though. The bathroom in the basement is to small.

Owner was very accommodating when I had to reschedule for medical reasons. Mid-century design of the house was interesting.

Well kept house, clean and orderly. Everything was as advertised.
