Absolutely nothing because our hosts are culinary experts which is particularly helpful.

We had an excellent breakfast with hug portions. We stayed in room 5 and had a little space with table and chairs next to the bedroom. We used the downstairs sitting room for watching TV. This room is very cosy. The B&B is walking distance from the water and the village.

Wonderfully warm welcome, beautiful rooms, and fantastic food in the most beautiful setting. It is so peaceful, and I slept well.

The staff and the location were great. It was beautifully clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in, which is so important to me. The breakfast was outstanding!!!!.

Fantastic location, beautiful property, excellent breakfast, really friendly owners. From the secure garage to park our motorbikes to the homemade cakes in our room on arrival to have with coffee on the terrace to the delicious breakfast in the morning everything was just exceptional. Instow is an easy walk down the hill with a great sandy beach and good pubs doing great food. 11 of 10 all round!

Friendly hosts, excellent quite room with dogs allowed. Breakfast was superb and served quickly. Room was great, everything you needed with plenty of space. Plenty of parking at the house.

Hosts were super lovely and very considerate with out being intrusive. It was an easy walk to the beach and Instow without being in it. Instow beach was superb for dogs and a very easy walk from the accommodation with out having to jump in the car.

Colin and Caroline were great hosts. massive comfy bed. lovely quality breakfast. Had everything we needed. just a 10 minute to the instow arms. would happily stay again.

fantastic place to stay, slightly out of the main village, so quiet (which is good) and only 5 minutes to the village facilities. Staff were brilliant, breakfast was awesome

beautiful position, lovely old property, very friendly owners. Breakfast was lovely, if we were to say anything, maybe a choice of more cereals and different jams, but only a minor comment. caroline couldn’t have been more friendly and the touch of daily cake left in room was lovely.
