Nice little place that is close to everything. Owner was excellent to work with and very responsive.

Everything about our stay was seamless. Owner/Manager Shaun was always on top of things when I had a question, and the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Our golf group would be happy to stay again!

Great communication with owners, they were responsive and helpful. House was clean and perfect for CCU graduation.

House was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at Coastal Carolina. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for my daughter and her friends who wanted a home cooked meal after eating dining hall food for the past three months. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit

We had a great time staying in this well-decorated, clean and comfortable home. Close to tons of stores, not too far from beaches. The back patio is lovely and the friendly ducks were a fun added bonus. The big thing that was missing was a hair dryer! And some coffee already there would have been nice. Check-out process was a breeze!

Lovely house with plenty of bedrooms/baths/space for family and was as pretty as its pictures. We were in town for CCU graduation and it was perfect spot that could accommodate the grandparents (no steps in and has main level master suite) as well as parents. It is in a quite neighborhood and has deck in back with pretty view of the pond. Owner was awesome to work with and provided very clear expectations. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to visit CCU and/or head to the beach & tourist spots. It was easy access to both.

Great house and location! We loved the ducks! Haha. We looked at Coastal Carolina and went to Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed the space and everything was perfect!

There were 6 adults in our family. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The back patio was nice overlooking the water and it was close to lots of things to do. We would stay here again.

I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The Host was awesome. The home was lovely with a great backyard view. The neighborhood was lovely. I would definitely book again when visiting Myrtle.

The host communicated well - we had some struggles with the welcome packet & unlocking the front door, but Shaun made sure to take care of everything & picked up my call right away! We were in town for a funeral, so not a fun vacation but the house was everything we needed & exactly as described!

Really enjoyed my stay in this home. This property is close to the beach, golf and outlets. LOCATION was perfect for what we needed. My grandson was in golf tournament at Myrtle Beach National and the ride there was about 5 min. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing I didn't like was the ducks that walked the neighborhood pooping on everything.

Property owners were easy and quick to respond to our questions, they made the process very easy. The location was great, centrally located for all the different courses we played. Everything we needed were in the house. Only issue was, one of the bedrooms was warmer than the other 3. The front room with day bed. Other than that it was great.

This was the worst experience ever that me and my family has endured. You cannot get thru the door without being chased down by cats and ducks, the house was very dirty and smelled of cat pee. Hair balls were all over the place, bedding and mattress was stained with pee and wasn't clean, the master bedroom we couldn't use to take a bath because it says it leaks, please do not use. We had to go to Walmart to buy clean linen and cleaning supplies to clean the house so that we can stay there. Floors looked as if they haven't been swept or mopped. The master bedroom has a full-size bed instead of a queen or a king not suitable to fit two people. The air conditioner unit went out and was very hot upstairs. There were ants' problems. After contacting the owner prior to our arrival, he wasn't very friendly quite rude and called us liars we even took pictures and sent them to him. Never gotten a response back after we sent him the pictures he asked for until we left, and he tried lying on us saying we broke the air conditioner unit which we never touch. In the bathroom downstairs the curtain is broken so if you take a shower or use the bathroom someone can see u on the outside. Couldn't sit outside on the back porch to enjoy the water because there was no fence blocking us from water. Anything could have gotten out the water and attacked us. Was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant trip for me and my family. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Communication between the owner is no good he is very rude and not easy to work with. I give this property NEGATIVE 0 STARS.

It was enjoyable and cozy. We were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. That is one thing that my wife looks forward to and a must have for her. The neighborhood was a bit tighter than expected but it felt like we were visiting with a family member instead of that hotel feeling which was nice.

The owners were very fast at responding to my message. Definitely would stay here again!!!

This house is located in a congested trailer park or mobile home community. The house it self was nice, nice decor, I wanted to spend some time by the lake in the back yard, however the grass was in need of mowing, it was taller than my grand kids. The shower curtains were nasty and please don’t leave any food on counter because the ants will take it away. Watch out for the hissing geese and their faces everywhere. Other than that it’s about 18 mins from the beach and Tanger outlet is right down the street. House is comfortable and they had games the family could play .

For what we paid for it it could have been better. I don't believe the house was clean beyond what the previous guest clean. The rooms we thought was on the second floor was on the first. The sheets and covers were terrible and had visible body fluids on it, particularly the blue covers. Only the shower in the upstairs room was useable. The tub did not work, and when you flush the upstairs bathroom, a small amount of brown water comes through the downstairs master room bathroom. The house needs some plumbing work. The kitchen water smelled terrible.

My family and I visited for the July 4th weekend. The home was very nice and everyone had a room. Watching the neighbors fireworks show on the back deck was awesome.

This property had everything we needed for cooking sleeping and just enjoying the family after long days in Myrtle beach

I really enjoyed my vacation. My only complaint is there should be TV's in every room with cable. Other than that I enjoyed myself.

Property was nice. Off of a very very very busy highway. Took a long time to get anywhere. Towels and bedding could use a refresh.

The place was as advertised. Easy check-in. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Only 1 draw back cable was basic so we bought a Roku stick so it worked out. Would definitely rent again.

Overall the place served the purpose we needed. A few cooking spices would have been nice. The bedding and towels could be upgraded. A gas grill would be a good upgrade as well.

This house is so much better than a hotel or suite at any resort. You have all the comforts of home, the convenience of being near lots of places but without the hassle of finding parking or being kept awake by noisy neighbors. It’s a quiet neighborhood with very nice folks. 4 adults were able to enjoy some quality downtime and meals together during a volleyball tournament, which doesn’t normally happen. If you want to cook and save money, you have everything you need. If you want to go out and grab a bite, you’re 5 minutes from lots of choices. The host Shaun was wonderful and quick to respond/accommodate our need to add an additional night when a winter storm prevented us from traveling home on our original departure date. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated. I wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the back yard & deck! Guess we’ll just have to plan another visit!
