We liked the location. On the way to the rest of Italy we were able to avoid the big city and stay in Fiumicino. We had a quiet dinner in a nearby restaurant overlooking the ocean and watched the sunset. We very much appreciated Piero picking us up from the airport. The b&b was appointed well. Loved the ocean colours it was decorated.with. And super comfortable bed. What more could we want?

На общей кухне есть всё, чтобы перекусить: булочки, круассаны, кексы, бананы, яблоки, кофе, чай, соки, вода. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть  супермаркет. В 150 м набережная, пляж, рестораны, пиццерии, бары. От аэропорта на машине ехать 10-15 минут. Когда мы вышли из аэропорта, мы написали хозяину Пьеро, и он через несколько минут приехал за нами. Трансфер стоил 10 евро. Пьеро - очень приветливый человек. Обратно у нас был ночной рейс, Пьеро любезно вызвал нам на 3 часа ночи такси Paola. Мы очень беспокоились, вдруг будут проблемы, но Паола приехала за 20 минут до назначенного срока. Всем рекомендуем. Поездка стоила 15 евро.

Это не недостаток. Но вы должны понимать, что кроме номера, где проживаете вы, еще два номера пользуются общей кухней

We arrived in Fiumicino around 0930, well before the time we should've been allowed in but Piero was there and let us store our bags in the property. The room was lovely, quite spacious with a good sized shower room. The room had shutters on the patio doors so the room is nice and dark for sleep. The bed was large and very comfortable. The terrace was large so that we got the sun morning and evening while using the table and chairs provided. The kitchen area had good facilities and Piero said we could help ourselves to the water, fruit, milk and pastries available. There was a table which was set out for use. The apartment is one street off the beachfront with easy access to the beach, beach bars and roadside restaurants. The beach is great with plenty of safe swimming areas, particularly for kids. It's not too far from the River Tiber and the restaurants there. Our flight the next day was 2045 so Piero let us leave our bags again at the apartment and also arranged for a taxi to the airport. Piero and his staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. If I travel via Rome again I'll definitely stay here.

I'm disappointed I didn't stay longer.

The property was amazing, extremely clean and comfortable room with everything you need in the kitchen and dining area. Large balcony and a coffee machine making it pleasant to sit there in the morning and the evening.

You could not fault the stay, there’s was not one thing out of place and it was worth every dollar.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Communication was timely and top notch. Customer service from Piero and his brother Ivano was just amazing. Arranging for transportation to and from airport was extremely easy and convenient. The property was a block above way from the beach. It’s a quiet area with a lot of food options. There was not a single thing that was not perfect about this stay.

Cleanliness, private shower and toilet, comfortable bed, and air conditioning unit. The availability of water, fruit, and light snacks in the kitchen. The area is fun but quaint, and proximity to airport.

The host was very friendly and gentleman. He tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

There is nothing that I didn't like about the property... everything was very good.

I liked the fact that it was 15 minutes away from the Rome airport. The gentleman also arranged a taxi for us the next day for our departure. Also it was only a 3 minute walk to the beach and we had a lovely dinner at one of the local restaurants right beside the beach. Overall very nice place with air conditioning and wifi. We would definitely stay there again. Loved the amenities as well, the gentleman provided water, snacks, juice, coffee.
