The property was beautiful and the service was amazing! Everyone was very accommodating and friendly! The food and drinks were delicious! Would definitely recommend this place!

The room needs a full length mirror and another wastebasket in the room not just the bathroom.

Too far from the lobby, the room had a weird smell, the bathroom didn’t seem finish, no fridge. Over priced for what I got.

what feels like paper thin walls in the Encino side of the property. property did not share until the day of arrival that there was an event happening next morning ( 6 am ). where over 200 people showed up at this small hotel ,water stopped working twice in the same room , before we got moved to a different property where the conditions were better. staff was for the most part friendly and helpful but with very little action. me and my family will not be visiting this hotel again.

Easy location and the Villas area is nice. The villas are very nice and comfortable, wish they had king size beds, my husband is pretty tall and they only offer queen beds.

The prices of drinks are expensive, it felt like I was in the US. For a glass of wine and one beer at their brewery we paid $24 dollars.

Restaurants but nothing related to the resort

The premisses were dirty and the rooms very small, please update the pictures there is a mismatch between pictures and reality. When i show the pictures of what i paid for they told me those were old pictures and now they redisgn all rooms
