Posizione comodissima a Piazza san Marco, stanza molto ampia con bagno enorme, ottima insonorizzazione della stanza . Buona colazione con ampia scelta.

Pulizia a terra ottima, purtroppo qualche ragnatela penzolante dal soffitto e lampadario impolverato.

The staff was really welcoming and supoortive. I do like the cleaness and comfort of the bed in a spot of Venice where normally the service are not so excellence. The simple breakfast was deliver out of quality food.

I would say that in general there where no problem, If someone complain about the little space of the room and facilities well welcome to the Ancient Venice, where everynting start!

Perfect location, 1min from the Piazza St.Marco , located in a small , quiet street, where you can have a calm dreams ;) Near to bar, restaurants, snack bar is vis a vis main door. Room is not big , but when the most part of the day you are outside its ok. , working AC , We ask about a breakfast box on the departure day and we got it.

breakfast are modest, little variety of dishes. More sweets ,than a typical breakfast dishes. Lack of drinking water in room. If you are staying 1-2 days and pan to visiting the town its really good

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of choice for breakfast. Immaculately clean with towels changed daily.

Traditional rooms, balcony looking over streets below. Great shops right outside including restaurants and takeaways. Upmarket and designer shops in the same street as hotel. Lovely shower and marble bathroom. Very good breakfast. Staff spoke English and very polite and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay. Will return! :)

Slightly noisy in the evening from parties in the street below. Really would’ve appreciated a coffee machine or kettle in the room. I was surprised there wasn’t one.

The location of the hotel is fantastic if you want to visit Venice for couple of days. Right in the middle of everything and you can walk to most attractions in 5 to 10 minutes. Older gentleman in reception who seemed nice and helpful with our issues 24h reception

1.When we first arrived,there was a female with black hair in reception. She spoke at telephone with probably one of her friends for like 10 minutes before she took us in for formalities. She was not very helpful unlike her late night older gentleman colleague. 2. For a 4 star hotel,you don't get nothing in the room or minibar to take and pay You have to go to reception and order from the bar that is closed at late times. 3. You have an AC in the room,but to be turned on you have to call reception again and tell them to turn it on,and they do it for like 30 minutes and that's it. Our last night was a bit cold. 4. The breakfast is a joke for a 4 star hotel ,you get scraps of eggs ,some cheese and some cold meats. And that's it. We had it included in the price of our booking but for the ones who pay separately for it ,just don't. It is lacking in diversity and size of the portions available(if).
