19h30 pu 20h00 serait bien.

The location is beautiful and the hotel offers complimentary boat rides into Venice.
Where to begin…. It was unfortunately not the experience I had hoped for. Entering the room we were greeted with a damp and rather unpleasant smell and the overall condition of the room was poor. Chipping paint, extremely dirty and stained carpet, I did not dare to take off my shoes. Super cheap and poor quality cushions and blankets not quite matching the price tag of the room More something one would find in a motel. On the day we checked out we still had dirty glasses and cups from the day we checked in in the room. The mini bar was never replenished despite asking for it. Pool staff was rude and unprofessional, at no point did we feel looked after or made welcome by any of the staff. I would strongly recommend to avoid this property if you are after a 5star hotel experience. What we experienced during our stay would match a 3 star hotel at the most.

The hotel is excellent. Great breakfast, pool, attentive staff, setting. It’s not the cheapest but we will be back. And by the way, stay in 7th floor City view. Amazing.

Lovely Swimming pool, great ferry service, fair breakfast, quiet hotel away from the madness.
Disappointed by the room, dirty carpet, toilet smelt like urine, shower over bath that didn’t drain well- overall the room needs updating. Overpriced for food and drinks €19 for an aperol is crazy money! Coffee was slow coming out at breakfast

Despite being the cheapest option, our rooms were incredibly spacious and offered ample wardrobe space. The hotel's food was consistently excellent, and the staff, particularly Vanessa at the pool bar/restaurant, were friendly and accommodating. It was extremely convenient to travel to and from Venice, as there was a boat available every 30 minutes.
There is no direct path from the pool to the beach or the kids club, and there is also no designated area to rinse off feet when returning from the beach. Although there are showers available, they are not conveniently located near the hotel entrance.

The hotel has a uniquely Venetian atmosphere and combines the beaches of the Adriatic Sea with the proximity to the centre of Venice. We have visited the hotel several times and we really like it. The size of the rooms is appropriate to the time the hotel was built and assumes you are living in them, not just staying overnight.
Although one can accept the fact that the price of the hotel is really high, especially in the summer months, it is a bit disappointing that the interior of some of the rooms is a bit dilapidated. However, the lack of service in the more remote tents on the beach at a price of approx. 400 EUR per day is definitely disappointing. Similarly, the pricing policy for drinks and lunches could be their unpretentiousness and also adapted to the simplicity of the food. The truth is that the quality of dinner in particular is reputedly excellent.

Fantastic breakfast and the boat transfers to and from Venice were amazing
Slippery in bath taking showers quite dangerous for people of our age with no plastic bath mat

The hotel experience was terrible, not much was good about it except the views and exterior.
During the first night of the stay, the hotel was old as well as the facility and equipment provided being very used. The drain for the shower was clogged and the toilet was not even flushed! While I was sleeping, I remember feeling really itchy throughout the night and found many bug bites on my body as well as my family’s bodies. The next morning when I was on the way to breakfast, I saw a family bring their dog into the elevator, so I thought that was the reason for the bug bites and the itching. Later during the day, I asked the receptionist if the hotel was pet friendly or not and she responded with a big no, and pets were banned over a year ago during the pandemic, Overall, I would never go back there again, hopefully they realize just how past the glory this place is. Renovations and maintenance is needed and receptionists are often lying.

During our stay, we were delighted by the staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They accommodated our numerous questions and requests. The property itself was beautiful. Our room was wonderfully spacious. The pool and beach facilities were a real highlight, especially with the scorching weather, allowing us to relax and cool off at our leisure. Additionally, the convenient shuttle service to Venice town was a definite plus, making exploring the area effortless. Lastly, I must mention that the hotel's proximity to a bus stop was incredibly convenient for us. On our last day, it allowed us to easily catch a waterbus into town with all our luggage, making our departure smooth and hassle-free.
Despite our room being a bit outdated, we found it to be quite pleasant and comfortable. My family enjoyed the breakfast, although my wife, unfortunately, couldn't have the eggs due to her lactose intolerance. Apart from these two minor issues, we had a wonderful experience during our time there. The overall atmosphere and the enjoyable aspects of our stay overshadowed any minor inconveniences, making it a wonderful experience.

The location, the pool and the courtesy boat to St. Marks square
The room we upgraded to a sea view but felt the room was pretty shabby. The shower leaked. We had 4 hangers, no dressing gowns. There was a warning not to go on to the balcony. If we were in when the maids came in the evening getting ready to go out it meant we got no water. Room really was not worth the extra money to upgrade. It didn’t even have very comfy chairs to sit it. Upright dining chairs! Be prepared it’s expensive we found a place down the road Bagno Marco for dinner if we didn’t go into Venice.

Everything
Having no coffee in the room in the morning. Being charged 15 euros for some coffee pods that tasted horrible. Was going to stay another night but didn’t because this annoyed me so much. For what I paid it is mean , pathetic, petite and self destructive!!!

For me the breakfast could have been better because I’m gluten free and the bread was not heated and the toast quite heavy. My partner enjoyed his breakfast very much

Lovely location and beautiful room.We stayed in late September so it was quiet on the Lido.
It was a trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we got a lovely keepsake tin of cookies and wine as a surprise gift.
Staff in general were very nice but we found the girl who checked us in aloof and unfriendly.
Lunch was very expensive for what we got.
