Wir haben eine tolle Woche dort verbracht. Sehr ruhige Lage aber doch in der Nähe der Stadt

Wunderschönes Anwesen inmitten einer Bananenplantage, herrliche Stille und Komfort, der keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Die Kommunikation mit Laura verlief reibungslos und minimale Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

The owner describes the facility as a secret in a banana plantation. This correct: no close neighbours but with a fantastic view on the mountains, the Orotava sea valley, Puerto de la Cruz and the sea itself! The house is furnished in a very cozy way but investments are partially necessary (and will be done this year following an announcement) All in all: unique and to recommended!

Schöne Finca mit toller überdachter Terasse sehr ruhig in einer Bananenplantage gelegen. Man ist trotzdem schnell in Puerto oder auf der Autobahn. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Warmwasserbereitung könnte etwas besser funktionieren.

Diese wunderschöne rustikale Finca in abgelegener Lage hat meiner Freundin und mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt wie auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung allein und damit ruhig inmitten einer Bananen- und Avocadoplantage. Einmal die Woche kommt ein Gärtner (um sich um den Garten und den Pool zu kümmern) und eine Putzfrau (welche neue Handtücher bereitstellt, die Betten neu bezieht und einmal ordentlich sauber macht). Der überaus freundliche Kontakt und die super Tips für Aktivitäten und Restaurantempfehlungen von Laura haben unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht!!!!! ABSOLUT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

… with a phantastic view located in a banana planatations and comfortable furniture To be improved: - no microwave - no medium size cooking pots - better communication on cleaning and gardening (not more and not less once a week) in terms of vacation privacy

We all loved the old house and its furnishings and its peaceful setting. The owner is very charming. It does however need upgrading. Plumbing, taps, showers not good, the electrics poor, the kitchen oven kaput. No dishwasher or microwave For six, two camp beds and two single beds were poor, only the double bed was good.

We arrived at 8pm without a car & Andreas the owner insisted he would take us to the supermarket so we had food essentials , the finca is stunning & very quiet we would not hesitate to stay again

La Atención de Ana ha sido estupenda tanto por su preocupación y ayuda para que estuvieramos bien, aún estando lejos. Muchas gracias Ana. E insuperable la dedicación , ayuda e interés para q nuestras vacaciones en Tenerife fueran perfectas por parte de Andrés, el propietario. Con sus grandes detalles, sus familiares conversaciones y el estar pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, ha hecho q nos sintieramos como en nuestra casa. Mil gracias Andrés .

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette villa très bien située : très calme et proche de Puerto de Cruz (idéal pour faire visiter toute l'île). Piscine agréable mais petite (parfait pour un très jeune enfant). Le jardin est splendide avec cocotiers, fleurs... et le patio invite à la détente. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux d'Andrés (plein d'attention à notre égard) qui est très à l'écoute de ces hôtes. Seul petit bémol, la présence fréquente des jardiniers et un équipement vieillissant dans le salon.

Parfait pour un couple avec des jeunes enfants

Excellente situation de la maison pour découvrir tous les parcs de l’île de Tenerife ainsi que les villes historiques. Maison très agréable à vivre avec une terrasse sur le toît permettant d’avoir une belle vue sur la ville de Puerto de la Cruz, sur la mer et les montagnes avec le mont Teide. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui ont transmis des indications très précises concernant la visite des sites et les différents restaurants. Merci Ana, Andres et Natasha pour votre accueil. On recommande cette propriété aux voyageurs voulant découvrir l’île de Tenerife

Hemos estado en Noviembre una semana mi pareja y yo, la casa es espectacular, muy bonita y comoda, dispone de un jardín precioso con piscina, y una terraza en la parte de arriba con vistas 360º, la casa está en medio de una plantación de platanos por lo que resulta muy tranquila, está apartada y al mismo tiempo estas en 10 minutos en el centro de Puerto la Cruz. Los dueños estuvieron muy atentos y amables. Gracias por todo. Sandra y Asier

Wir (3 Personen) waren für 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen großräumigen Finca. Sehr liebevoll im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten war ein Traum (Blick auf den Teide) und die Dachterrasse war ebenfalls ein Traum (Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang). Der Pool sorgte für Abkühlung. Die Eigentümer sind sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We enjoyed are stay here, marred by poor weather. The villa is old fashioned particularly the bathrooms and kitchen but it is comfortable with an old world charm. The garden is lovely, when it’s not raining! Isabel and Andres are very welcoming

We came across this property by accident when searching the internet for a holiday property. How lucky were we?? A truly lovely, tranquil and welcoming home. The 5 of us including 3 teenagers aged 19, 16 and 13 all loved it. Close enough to the beach and other attractions when needed, but far enough away to get a true feel for North Tenerife.We were glad that we hired a car, although we didnt use it everyday, but it did make it easier for getting around and shopping.The pool, although unheated did warm up naturally and was very welcome both morning and evening.Owners Andreas and Isabelle were very welcoming and whilst we didnt need to ask for anything they were living nearby and were available all week, incuding delivering a surprise package of fresh croissants and morning goods on our second day!This property is not modern, but it is clean, spacious and full of character.I would thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

We've had a fantastic and relaxing time at the villa. Kids and us loved it. Fantastic quiet location, beautiful garden and veranda and great views of the sea, sunsets and Teide from the roof terrace. Short 5 minutes drive to Loro Parque or Playa Jardin or Puerto de la Cruz centre. Andres the owner was very funny and helpful with tips for the best restaurants and places to go to. Great holiday choice.

I and my family had a fantastic vacation in Puerto la Cruz. The house was big, clean and every thing in the house worked without any problem. The gardin and the swimmingpool were clean. The house was in the city og near a shoppingcenter. The best was the owners of the house. They were nice and helpful. They were very near and asked if we needed anything. We were very glad to visit tenerife

This property is amazing! My two daughters and I stayed here May 12-26, 2017 and loved it! It is perfectly located near Puerto De la Cruz, truly surrounded by banana groves and peaceful & tranquil. The booking process was easy and Ana was very responsive. Andres (owner) and his family live right next door and checked on us frequently to ensure our stay was perfect. The two bedrooms are far apart (perfect for us since we have a heavy snorer in the family!), the kitchen well equipped and the outdoor space....simply beautiful! We spent many sunsets on the rooftop terrace and some lazy days next to the pool. We rented a car for our stay but you really don't need one if you intend on spending your time in Puerto as the bus stop is a short walk away and the bus goes just about everywhere. We traveled much of the island and found an auto rental to be most convenient. If you have an auto, Santa Cruz, Los Gigantes and many other sights are not more than an hour away. This is the place to stay to slow down...mingle with the locals and enjoy the peace and quiet you really need when on vacation. Thank you Ana and Andres for a perfect vacation! The property was located just outside the town of Puerto, amoung banana plantations. Access was via a narrow and with a short section of unmade road. However once you arrive you are greeted by Andrés and Isabelle, who live adjacent to the house. They are very friendly and helpful. The house is large. Two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a comfortable lounge and an additional sitting room with a TV. The kitchen was perfectly adequate but could have been improved with some better cooking utensils etc. however the beauty of the house is the outside areas. A large covered patio which accommodates a full dining table and separately, rattan chairs with a low table. This leads onto a large lawned garden with shrubs and palm trees. It's within the garden that the delightful pool is set. There are sufficient sun loungers around the pool and given the palm trees, there are areas of shade if required. There is a barbecue to use and a full roof terrace, which seems a little blank but affords fantastic views of the La Orotava valley. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would take a note for a return trip.

Wonderful, peaceful location situated in amongst banana plantations. Views of the sea and Mt Teide from the property. Access road is a little bumpy so you need to approach with caution. A 30-35 minute downhill walk to Playa Jardin in Puerto de la Cruz and a 6 minute drive to nearest supermarket with the motorway just beyond. Plenty of restaurants/ cafes in town. Property is large with all the essentials needed but could benefit from a microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of outside space with a lovely colourful walled garden laid to lawn, small swimming pool, under cover patio/ dining area and roof space with panoramic views. Our hosts, Isabel and Andres were friendly and helpful and just next door if assistance was required. Would return if visiting the island in the future.

The house and garden were worth the rather tricky approach on rough terrain. Don't rent a fancy car! Once the house was reached it was wonderfully peaceful and private. Lovely to have a small private pool to come back to when hot. And a gorgeously situated patio area that caught the sun all afternoon and evening whilst the house remained cool during the day but cosy at night. Andreas and Isabel's house is homely and slightly quirky, which we loved. We were there for a week and the weather was perfect. Loved visiting Loro Parque, Mount Tiede, Jardin Botanico and swimming in the rock pools at Garachico. Our eight year old loved swimming in the harbour. Whilst not being as aesthetically pleasing as the beach it was much safer to swim in without the big waves and she could dive from the harbour walls. We all had a very lovely and relaxing holiday.

Overall impression Very Good. Only problem was that although we had rented the whole villa we were not allowed the choice of bedrooms, we were given the room with 2 single beds. The double bedded room was locked, they said for decoration.

Very well kept, spacious finca. It feels as though you're in the middle of nowhere but actually very close to Puerto de la Cruz and other great little towns, beaches and attractions in the North of the island. The owners, Isabel and Andres, are very close and provide a great meet and greet service. They also supply a superb list of things to see and so that most tourists would probably miss. Would recommend this place highly.

A lovely comfortable villa in a peaceful and quiet location, but close to the action in Puerto de la Cruz (if you want it). Isabel, Laura and Andres were all delightful and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. They even left us a bowl of fruit on the kitchen table and a couple of beers in the fridge. The location was perfect as a base for exploring Tenerife, especially Mount Teide. Highly recommended.
