The homes in this area a very nice. The home was immaculate and well stocked. We took advantage of all the games in the garage. Nice time! We hope to visit again next year.

This home has lots of room so it doesn't feel constricted. The location is very good with access to whatever you need nearby. Recommended.

This was the perfect place for us. We loved the open concept to be able to cook and visit with family at the same time. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to everything we needed. The owners were extremely responsive and the house was very clean.

We were in Durham for Duke's graduation weekend and highly recommend this rental. The property is incredibly clean--I've stayed in more than 35 rentals and this is one of the cleanest homes I've ever been in. The house is cheery and well decorated and has lots of thoughtful touches such as nightlights, plenty of toilet paper, and liquid hand soaps in every bathroom. As a previous reviewer has mentioned, there is a little bit of street noise that can be heard in one of the bedrooms, but it didn't affect our sleep at all and is irrelevant compared to how comfortable and spacious the home is. Finally, the owners are super responsive and easy to communicate with. I wish we had found this rental four years ago! If we're ever back in Durham we will definitely stay here again.

This lovely home is located between Duke and UNC (15–20-minute drive) and about 1 hour and 25 minutes from Wake Forest. The home is super clean, large, and comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the game room in the garage :-)

The house was super cute - the only reason I have it a lower score on cleanliness was due to many dishes we pulled out were dirty with food crumbs or debris on them! Other than that it was great!

Property was a great alternative to a hotel room for a short stay. The home was clean, convenient to stores and restaurants. We were able to have our family and dogs stay with us. The only issue I would say was the traffic and noise of the road next to the house. It was pretty busy the entire time we were there. If that isn’t an issue for you then this home is a great option.

Lovely property, spacious main floor but furniture a tad sparse. Adjacent to road with a fair amount of traffic. Easy check in with great parking. Nice location and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home near mall, restaurants, and entertainment. I was very impressed with how exceptionally clean it was and the super fast response from our hosts when we had questions. I highly recommend this home!

The property is very comfortable and exactly as pictured in the posting. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. There were certainly no complaints from our group and the game room was a big hit.

We loved the layout of the main floor. It was open was perfect. Everything was very clean. The location was excellent. We did many things and never had to go far. We only used the game room one as was so cold but it was very fun. I did inquire about filtered water being available was told I would have to bring my own. Thankfully we drove and is not a far trip. So after figuring out costs between water bottles or our water dispenser chose our water dispenser which worked excellent. We brought 1 of our empty 5 gal bottles and did an exchange at Home Depot. Believe was 6.95 per exchange, we went through 2 so was much cheaper than bottled water. Supplied are 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person,1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags 2 rolls of bath tissue per bathroom. Non of this was a problem and was nice to know in advance since we were there for 8 nights. So we could bring our own or buy once there. I was confused as to why with such a newer house the refrigerator seemed so standard with no water or ice. Some mixing/serving bowls would have been very welcome.Only other thing was the coffee pot which does not go off automatically.We did not realize until it was on for many hours. Again perfect location, private and clean. Thank you very much Frank and Anjanette!!!

The home was exactly as advertised. Great location- short drive to Duke University and to our game at UNC. Main floor was is setup for easy entertainment and relaxing. Kitchen fully stocked and the island was great to put out our snacks. Would definitely stay here again. Single family home in a quiet setting,

The house was exactly as described and our hosts were very communicative and available. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. We would stay again.

Very new. The flooring and all finishes of the home were very nice. Large open living areas with 3 full size bedrooms upstairs.

The property is on a perfect corner lot! There was plenty of space and both the kids and adults absolutely loved the game room! We had people staying in there and plenty of living space to accomodate us all! Will definitely stay there again!!

Had another great stay visiting the Durham - Chapel Hill area. The house is immaculate and well stocked and we had a blast using the games in the garage. Will definitely stay again!
