Excellent hotel, cleaned everyday, the place is spotless, beds were so comfortable, air conditioning in the rooms, they also had washing up liquid, sponge, dish towel, salt & pepper which I loved. Very chilled out hotel great for couples and families. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go for a relaxing atmosphere. Great location 3 minute walk to the beach. Owners were very welcoming & helpful.

Brilliant location. The apartment was ac lovely size and had everything you needed. Good kitchen area with all the utilities and it was cleaned everyday to an exceptional standard. The owner was very helpful when needed.

There isn't much of a view and the balcony area was pretty small but everything else made up for it.

We stayed in a 4-bed apartment and had a great experience. The hotel is in a great location with car, scooter, ATV rentals, a pharmacy, and a small supermarket nearby. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away and there are many restaurants in the area. We were able to check in early since our room was available at the time. The hotel also arranged airport pick up and drop off for an additional fee of 35/40 Euros, which went well. The rooms were very clean.

However, the blanket was not thick enough, and it was very cold in the mornings. The hotel room felt very humid and was not very spacious. We also had trouble finding space to hang our towels after showering. Upstairs, there was mold on the ceiling. Despite these issues, we had a good stay considering the price for Santorini.

The owner was a very nice helpful man, however the young man in reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was more interested in sitting by the pool on his phone and smoking than being of any help to customers. When we complained about the room being dirty and that cash was missing he was no help at all. it wasn't until I asked to speak to a manger did the owner apologise and allow us to switch rooms. The rooms were not properly cleaned throughout the stay and we found dirty tissue under the bed and things that had been left behind by previous guests to suggest the room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We had cash, expensive sunglasses and other items taken from our room. When I raised the issue with reception I was assured no one took them but these items disappeared on three different occasions so I would warn anyone staying here to leave absolutely nothing of value lying around in your room unattended.
