Το ξενοδοχείο, η τοποθεσία, το προσωπικό, οι εγκαταστάσεις, οι παροχές, η καθαριότητα, η εξυπηρέτηση, η προθυμία, η ευγένεια και οτιδήποτε μπορούσα να προσέξω ήταν άψογα και συνετέλεσαν σε μια πολύ ωραία διαμονή και εμπειρία.

Το μόνο που πρόσεξα και με στεναχώρησε αλλά δεν έχει να κάνει με το προσωπικό, τις παροχές και τις εγκαταστάσεις ήταν το ότι, προφανώς με επιλογή της ιδιοκτησίας/διεύθυνσης, κατέστρεψαν όλες τις χελιδονοφωλιες σε όλα τα μπαλκόνια (τουλάχιστον 30, τα σημάδια φαίνονται από μακριά) χωρίς ιδιαίτερο λόγο. Οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο είναι και δεν νομίζω ότι γονείς ή παιδιά θα ενοχλούνταν με μια φωλιά χελιδονιών στο μπαλκονι τους, ίσα ίσα! Το στενάχωρο ήταν να βλέπεις τα χελιδόνια να μαζεύονται σε μπαλκόνια ψάχνοντας άδικα τις φωλιές τους! Επαναλαμβάνω, μόνο αυτό! Όλα τα αλλά ήταν τέλεια!

Το μέγεθος του καταλύματος είναι μικρό σε σχέση με αλλα all inclusives, πράγμα που το κάνει πολύ ξεχωριστό για είναι «συμμαζεμένο», ήταν όλα κοντά σου, όπου κι αν έμενες. Ενώ πήγαμε σε περίοδο που ήταν πραγματικα ολόκληρο το ξενοδοχείο κλεισμένο, δεν υπήρχαν καθυστερήσεις στον μπουφέ η άπειρη πολυκοσμία στην πισινα. Περάσαμε υπεροχα και θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was average however, I liked the frequency of that.

Rooms were extremely small with zero cabinets to store your clothes and personal belongings. There were no layers to avoid the mosquito entrances into the room. The pool was not for small kids and the kids pool was only for babies.

Very clean place - all staff friendly and welcoming. The sea, the pool, the bar, the restaurant, the spa - all absolutely fantastic! We are definitely going back!

The reception could not provide an invoice for my stay at checkout. They promised to email me the invoice that afternoon one week and 3 emails later still no response. Poor! Bathroom shower-head hip height, literally. Water goes everywhere but not on you. Corners of the shower have build up dirt and grime. Bed sheets had red stains on them. Looks like old blood...Please, do not put these on the beds..

the rooms were simple and clean

it was incredibly loud, at the beach they played trash EDM which made it practically unbearable. The restaurant at night also had a terrible pianist playing trad covers until very late and this was so loud the sound bled into the rooms. it’s also just not an enjoyable place to stay in general, the vibe is extremely whack. all the communal areas are insufferable. on top of all of this the staff are quite rude
