Shower screen in en suite needed a new runner. Quite a lot of noise from the above apartment but that is not the fault of the owner.

Amazing apartment, beautifully kept and renovated right on a canal. The living room and first bedroom have windows that open out onto the canal, with the other three bedrooms opening out over a central garden. All of the rooms are large and spacious and was perfect for our family group of 7 adults. Kitchen, Laundry and Bathrooms all modern and well equipped with everything you need. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The apartment is located close to great local restaurants and a short walk to all the tourist attractions and areas. If you want to live amongst the locals in a a quite area and really get a feel of Venice, I would highly recommend this place. Our host, Nicoletta, was amazing and provided us with all the details on the way to get from the airport. We arrived early in the morning and our host met us at an easy landmark and took us to the apartment and was able to arrange for us to drop off our luggage upon our arrival and then messaged us as soon as the apartment was available to check in.

Large, clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment. Nicoletta is a lovely host. It was great to have a washing machine. 7 minutes to San Marco and Rialto but in a quiet neighbourhood.

Wonderful property in a great location with fantastic spaces and bedrooms. It hosted 2 families very comfortably.

It was tricky to find the location, had to call the hosts which were very helpful.

The host was amazingly helpful, welcoming and supportive during our stay. The place felt extremely relaxing, was clean and well supplied. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfectly convenient to everything (not too busy but close to everything we wanted to see and do).

Wonderful apartment with modern appliances. Conveniently located. Gracious staff was very easy to work with & coordinated everything well in advance. Highly recommended!

The property was very nice. One bedroom and the whole living room have windows with canal view. The rest of the bedrooms have views of a lovely garden. So you have everything in one place. And also all your friends, because the property has 4 bedrooms and the couch is extensible. The host was very helpfull and she also allowed us a late checkout upon request at no extra charge. As a very nice surprize we had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge.

Nothing to say here. The property is in a very good position and near everything.
