From start to finish this place was outstanding! The property manager was kind, prompt and so helpful! The place was absolutely spotless, easy to access with the code, the view of the pond is extremely relaxing especially with the sound of waves crashing in the background. There are plenty of towels inthe hall closet for pool/ beach use! The residents in the neighborhood are SO nice as well! The pool that leads to the beach is called the "quiet" pool (more geared twds adults) which was awesome for us bc we stayed here with our adult children so it was nice. There is a pool immediately across the street with a beautiful view of the pond where I saw parents with smaller children going. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and pretty much private. We would 100% stay here again!!

Very nice. Had everything we needed. Only bad thing is we couldn’t figure out bedroom TVs and there were no directions Took a while to figure our living room tv as well. Would be helpful to have step by step directions since everybtv is a little different

The condo was great, very spacious, well equipped. The host was very attentive to questions we had. We will certainly look to stay at this place again.

Condo was clean and decor was nice. However, sliding glass door was filthy black where you had to grab it to open/close, mismatch of daylight and soft white bulbs throughout even in same fixtures, (I know, OCD) air conditioner vents were rusted, batteries corroded in some of the TV remotes and broken shower head in hall bath. Reported this to property manager and response was “Sorry about these minor inconveniences, hope you were able to have a good stay.” Really?

My husband and I have visited many areas of Florida through the years, but only recently discovered Palm Coast. We visited in June with family and returned in October and brought our dog once we discovered how pet friendly Cinnamon Beach is. This condo is lovely and extremely accommodating—I have no complaints at all and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The condo was just as said. The pools were excellent. Our A/C wasn't working properly but the host offered to move us. We weren't unbearably hot so we chose to stay since we were only there a couple of days and we were out of the unit most of the time anyway.

The management team does a great job at responding quickly to any questions, accommodated last minute changes to our parking info, and kept is up to date on our check in time and any requests made about it. The unit was clean and included more beach accessories than was listed, which was a nice surprise. Property is beautiful and well maintained, used both pools and beach accesses. The Grille located at they lakeside pool had good options for the kids to eat and plenty of drink options for parents. Close to grocery stores and good food, highly recommend Bronx House Pizza.

Condo was nice and as advertised. It’s a quiet community with friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the pools and poolside grill/bar. Beach is very close by, but we were not aware of the large rocks at the beach that basically prevent you from getting in the ocean. If you just want to walk on the beach, it’s fine, but families with children that love to play in the ocean may be disappointed.

This is at least our 6th or 7th stay at this property and it never disappoints! Spotless, every amenity like home, amazing communication with Melanie (agent) and can’t wait to come back again. It’s my favorite home away from home! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

We had a great time here. This apartment has 3 bedrooms with great set ups. We did not want twin beds!!! The beds were very comfortable. Loved that I could cook in the kitchen. I brought my own crock pot. I pre-planned meals and brought the spices I would need for them...from Texas! Worked out great. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils. Great balcony with table and chairs to enjoy your meals or morning coffee. Got to see turtles, alligators, and a snake in the lake below. Plenty of towels and loved having a Washer and Dryer in the apartment. Easy access to the Beach and the pools are close by. We did have two issues, that were taken care of the SAME DAY!! Melanie and the service team were wonderful to deal with. I have stayed in hotels all over the USA and have had some horrible experiences. That was not the case here. Stuff happens, but it's how companies deal with it that matter the most. This was definitely an A+ experience.
Centrally Located to the Alligator Farm, Saint Augustine Lighthouse, and Daytona... could not get in all we wanted to see.

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well appointed with all necessary items for our vacation. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and roomy. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the alligators, turtles and fish in the pond. The location of the condo is close to the beach - very short walk. The pools are a little longer walk or a short drive around the corner. Communication with the property manager was swift and outstanding.

Most amazing vacation condo
I can’t say enough about this property. We had so much fun as a family and everything was exactly as promised! It was immaculate and the communication from the owner was exceptional! I saw that review before mine and that lady was crazy. Everything was exactly as promised! We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

No AC in July
Received incorrect welcome email and walked into the wrong, and very occupied, condo of another guest. So embarrassing! Agent got us the correct unit number and code quickly after a phone call. The AC broke the first night. Workers in and out of the condo for two days, often while my young daughters were showering after the beach/pool. No privacy! AC never worked the whole trip. Offered to vacate but as this was the ONLY family trip we had planned all summer, we opted to suffer through the heat. Fortunately we only stayed 3 days because the repair person said the repair would take an additional 3-5 days. The agent Melanie is the only reason this is not a 1 star review. We have used VRBO many times and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had!

Great spot to hang at beach
Lovely, clean, but very simplified. Sometimes these places have left over soap, toilet paper, ketchup etc. This had the toilet paper on the roll and no excess anything besides spices in cabinet. Not the place to hang and watch a movie, but if you're a family on the go between the beach and pool, you'll be set.

This is a beautiful stretch of beach and the condo provided a great location for it all. A quick few minutes to the on-property and a short drive to many more. A very dog and family friendly place.

Everything was very nice. The floors needed to be mopped, they were pretty dirty.

Perfect family getaway
We enjoyed having beach and pool access so close. We had all the amenities of home and that was so nice. We also liked that this property is geared towards families. We plan on returning.

Wonderful stay
We had a great family vacation with our teenage daughter, adult son, and two dogs. Would love to stay here again. Everything was very clean, the amenities were great, and it was just as described. For those with dogs this place is very dog friendly.

July 4th getaway
We we so happy to find a last minute booking for a quick family getaway and this property was exactly what we wanted! Spacious living quarters, comfortable beds, great pools and beach access. Just what the dr ordered.

Amazing stay
Was perfect for our family ! Condo was extremely clean, easiest check in, communication was very fast with any questions I had. The property was very close to beach and to both pools and clubhouse. The view from the huge balcony was my favorite!

A little hidden paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is perfectly equipped. Good water pressure , great needing and pillows , TV has tons of channels including Netflix and prime , top quality washer and dryer. One minute from the beach , Neighbors are so friendly . Property manager Melanie is super helpful and prompt in responding .

Low key and relaxing
This is my second stay... Beautiful property and great unit. Clean, spacious, well equipped, with beautiful lagoon views and steps to the beach. Spotted alligators, otters, turtles and heard lots of frogs! Dogs allowed on the beach and there are hoses in the garages for the many doggie baths required after playing ball in the surf. Highly recommend Harry’s and The Floridian restaurants in St Augustine 30 mins away.

Great family weekend getaway
Entire process from start to finish was seamless, my emails were answered promptly and the check in/check out process was very easy. The property was beautiful and the condo unit itself is perfect for friends and family. We unfortunately left behind an item however the property manager was very understanding and swiftly helped the retrieve the item. I would highly recommend the shelbygroup and our this condo to anyone!

Great condo for our family!
Our family enjoyed this spacious condo. It was much larger than I expected, so we had plenty of room to spread out. The property was very clean & the kitchen had everything we needed. Checking in & out was easy & the property manager was great to work with. The Cinnamon Beach community is great! We will definitely back.

Great property!
We stayed at this condo for a few days in late February and it was really a great place. The condo was very clean and had lots of amenities. We literally had a 45 second walk to the beach, just across the parking lot, and we were also very close to the pools which were very nice. The unit has a view of the pond and good afternoon sun. The management company did a great job of getting us all the information and directions we needed and they were very easy to work with. We would defintely like to stay here again!

Best of both worlds!
Check in process is perfect if you read all of the instructions. Communication with the property management was great & they were quick to respond. This rental is clean, very spacious, in a beautiful neighborhood, with a great clubhouse, and what felt like a long private beach. Our family had the best of both worlds. Cinnamon Beach & Nights of Lights in St. Augustine. I very much enjoyed the patio with the lakeside view & games for the kiddos while listing to the waves. We would most definitely go again!

The neighborhood was great and pet friendly. The apartment was clean and have all the necessary kitchen supplies you need. The property manager was very nice and communicative. We were only one block from the beach. It was a wonderful stay.
