Le bar et le restaurant sont super bon et super chic et agréable et le prix sont correct ! Le SPA est super !

Le manque d’intimité des toilettes dans notre chambre car soit la salle de douche est fermé mais la porte des toilettes et ouverte ! Et pas de peignoir dans la chambre

Grande chambre, literie très confortable, sanitaires séparés de la douche, buffet du petit déjeuner absolument génial (vraiment merci pour le buffet !) et personnel très agréable.

J'ai beau chercher quelque chose à reprocher, vraiment je ne vois pas. Ha si, dommage que l'établissement Van der Valk Hotel ne soit pas le seul à porter ce nom, cela nous aurait évité une surfacturation de la part du taxi. Mais je vois mal comment le personnel pourrait arranger ça... En tout cas merci au personnel.

Location very close to the metro.pillows were amazing.breakfast head staff was really helpful & we recommend the breakfast choices 10/10.

The room was too small and the picture above the bed in room 908 feel off the headboard and banged me on the head .. room was way too bright in the mornings .. The bar staff need to get some lessons in making latte .

Die Sauberkeit und dass alles sehr gepflegt war. Das Frühstück ist eines der besten gewesen.

Es gab keine negativen Sachen.

I slept so good

a customer was complaining and the lady on reception was very rude. The customer was complaining that someone took his phone out of his room. He would expect the staff to be more nicer.

We loved this hotel. Everything from the start to the end of our visit. We especially loved the wellness facilities. Breakfast was fab. A very good selection.

Everything was very clean, looked and felt very luxurious. The staff was super friendly! -we had a little problem with the breakfast and room service and were helped out and refunded very quickly. The spa facilities are wonderful, very clean as well. Our room was beautiful and the view fantastic! (Be sure not to be afraid of heights when booking the upper floors though) You can get to the city very quickly via the train station that is a super short walk away. (the machine there didn't work when we were there, so we had to get a taxi- not the facilities fault of course!)

We're not sure if it's the same for every room, but we had the feeling in ours (1706/penthouse) the air conditioning/ventilation wasn't quite enough, since there's no window to open either. It got quite warm at night. There is also a motion sensor light in the bathroom/toilet, which cannot be deactivated (as far as we found) & that is quite irritating when going there in the middle of the night. Maybe a night light would be good!

Friendly staff. Sauna facilities are nice for a small hotel sauna. Breakfast was super: plenty of choice, also in vegetables etc.

The coffeemachine in our room didnt work properly. We adressed this to the reception. They promised to sent someone to fix it/ instruct us. This never happened though.

Good location, near metro and train. Good breakfast, with a great variety.

Breakfast was lovely but very expensive. Food in the bar was delicious.

Staff could have been a bit more cheerful. Receipts were not given out or asked if we needed them.
