Very well appointed and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and thoughtful when Zi had a health problem. He always answered WhatsApp promptly

By Buenos Aires standards it is large for a studio. It is tastefully furnished with good quality items. All appliances work well.
I enjoyed having a balcony with geraniums and a view to gardens. I love the neighborhood which I know well. Posadas is not a noisy street, but one finds everything nearby.

Sebastian was extremely helpful, informative and obliging. Very peaceful spot in the heart of a hectic city.
So much within easy and safe walking distance. Could not have been better for us. We even had a hummingbird on the balcony.

Loved the apartment Sebastian! Loved the balcony after a full day. Appreciated the blender which I asked for, thank you. King size bed is very comfortable. Location is central, Recoleta Cemetery is just around the corner. Lots of good restaurants in the neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend.

Sebastian's studio apartment is clean and comfortable in a very good neighborhood between downtown and Av Libertador where the museums are. It is relaxing to sit on the balcony after a day of exploring in BA
