The staff was very helpful and really try their best.

The food in general was very poor. The breakfast was very basic. Also, at night if you want to stay and eat at the hotel your only option is the buffet restaurant. The pool restaurant stops accepting orders when the buffet starts... On top of that we had to wait to long for our orders.

Really loved the facilities, the pool was fantastic and the hotel room was comfortable clean and spacious. The shower was great, lovely and warm and the bathroom had lovely lighting.

The restaurant was average and the service a tad slow. But a vast menu and breakfast was nice.

there’s not enough staff and for any request there’s a long waiting time… the staff clearly works very hard and tries their best, but it seems like there is simply not enough of them! the property is very nice, but overall it didn’t feel like it was good value for money.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Bacau Bay, it was by far the best place I have stayed at in the Philippines. The room is comfy and great bed/bedding, view over pool and sea, very relaxing pool area, amazing sunset on the pier and such a peaceful setting and such friendly and helpful staff!Thank you for making me feel so so welcome 💛

We were welcomed by nice staff with welcome drinks. For free breakfast, there’s variety of options (i recommend that you try PANDESAL-the best filipino bread). The room that we had was huge with very comfortable beds and loads of pillows, and the bathroom was also a good size and has great power of shower. The amenities are lovely, there’s a bar near the sea/pier (bacau’s own pier) where you can watch sunset. In the afternoon, they provide all the guests with cookies/simple delights with a card from the owner. Overall, it was a short but sweet and lovely stay. My partner and i had a wonderful time! I would definetely recommend Bacau Bay to my relatives and friends, one of the best resorts i’ve been! Thank you to all the staff!!

Everything 😍 The private pier was nice. it made it easy to get on the private banks and the bar at the end of the pier to watch the sunset. the spa and massages there were awesome! the staff we’re also very helpful and has everything prepared ahead - it really was a hassle free stay. thank you

what an amazing resort. the place is beautiful. has its own pier which helps with tours. the manager was very friendly. Russel from the restaurant was such a lovely humble young lady. she took good care of us during our stay.

some places in resort has a bad odour. the WiFi is not great but that wasn’t a bad thing.

The restaurant service is very slow. But i guess generally in Coron, they really take their time in preparing the food.

Excellent hotel - the staff were so friendly and happy to help, the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice touches left by house keeping each day, and the swimming pool area was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, excellent chefs. Thoroughly recommend.

The wifi in the room was pretty slow/non-existent at times. Other than that, can't fault this place.

Good location. friendly staff, the pier is beautiful, the bed and linen were good.

The bedroom bathroom could be cleaner and neater. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, few options, no variations between days, and mostly focused on Asian breakfast style.

It's super clean, cozy, and the staff were extra friendly and very accommodating!

Cell signal was only available in the hotel lobby. Food needs a bit of improvement.
