We enjoyed our stay. Quiet area. Apt. was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We would recommend anyone to stay here except it is on the second floor so not for handicapped individuals.

This property was comfortable and convenient. It was clean and provided what we needed. We were out most of the time, mainly, a place to have breakfast and sleep. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room. The screened in porch was nice and has a lovely relaxing view. If we are in Charleston again, we will stay there. Craig and Beth were very easy to contact. Very nice accommodation's.

We were in town for a wedding in the Charleston area and this location worked well for us. The property had everything we needed and more.

The complex is nice. The condo was even nicer. Check in and out was super easy. Rooms were clean and the host were super responsive.

The check in process was easy. Property managers are so sweet. Very clean. Peaceful and enjoyed family time together and watching wild life from the back sitting area. Most definitely will book again!! Very convenient to airport, local eateries, grocery, and shopping.

Nice location just about 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Unit was perfect for our needs. Decorated nicely, and had thoughtful items included in unit.

The community felt safe and well cared for. It was quiet, except from the frogs at night in the pond, but quiet once inside. Beds were comfortable and all appliances worked nicely. We had hoped to use the pool but the weather was not in our favor for that. It looked like a nice place to swim and hang out though. Back sliding door needs attention as it was hard to open and close. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

This spot was great and provided us with a "home away from home" feel. We were out and about most days, however, coming "home" and having our rooms and own bathrooms to clean up and settle in was great. Our hosts had snacks and beverages waiting for us - which was greatly appreciated. Very clean, quiet and just a real comfortable feel. Had a great stay!

The place was as advertised. Clean, very easy to communicate with owners. Had a lovely screened in porch. Small kitchenette. Simple check out instructions. We loved the view of the pond and watching the alligator sunning itself in the evenings. Lively neighborhood setting. Close to downtown Charleston. Would stay again if they would have us :). One thing, and likely user error, it wasn’t easy to find the dumpsters to take the trash to.

The location was great for our grandson graduating in the area- very convenient! The unit was sufficient space-wise and the snacks provided were appreciated. The owner(s) were very good about responding to messages.

This place was just what we needed, a comfortable place to sleep after long days of sightseeing in the Charleston area. Craig and Beth were responsive to our messages and checking in and out was easy. We weren’t around during the days to use (or even see) the pool area, but rested well the nights we stayed.

Beds and pillows gave us great sleeps. Loved the view out onto the pond. Enjoyed watching the geese with babies walking around.

We were down from Canada for a wedding in Charleston and decided to stay for 5 days to enjoy wedding activities and couple days of sight seeing. Rather than a hotel for the 5 days, us and another couple decided to rent a property with full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The property in a gated community, although in the older section and a bit outdated, met all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the small screened in porch area and spent mornings over coffee (which was supplied) watching all the wild life in the pond. The beds were extremely comfortable and the property was very clean. The hosts were very responsive and made all the arrangements needed to allow both vehicles into the gated community. Would recommend. Thks to our hosts for a good stay.

The owners make it a top notch experience with their little touches. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston.

Was perfect for 4 adults

This location was outside the city but convenient to shopping and restaurants. It was a quick and easy trip into the city for sightseeing. The condo was located in a very quiet neighborhood, in a beautiful setting. The only thing I would comment about it is they need additional lighting outside. We left when it was dark and my husband missed the last step and fell. Thankfully, he was not hurt but the lighting is bad enough that you can't see the bottom steps. Other than that, we were very pleased with the unit and we would stay again.

The place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and there are great restaurants in the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well maintained and was located within 30 min of everywhere we were planning on going. I would definitely book again.

This was a wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Fully equipped. The host added a nice touch by having a basket of snacks and also beverages in the refrigerator. Very nice view off the back balcony. The place was quiet and peaceful. We would stay again.

Really clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay so much and will rent again. Only 30 minutes from Isle of Palms and 20 from downtown Charleston.
