Viel zu tun an einem regnerischen Tag! Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem großen bewaldeten Anwesen am Wasser im exklusiven Yachthafen von East Fort Lauderdale. Komplett mit Quarz, Marmor, neuen Möbeln aktualisiert. Große eingelassene Wanne in geräumigen Master-Suite mit Sitzecke. Schöne Gegend zum laufen / joggen / erkunden. Sehr wünschenswert EAST Lage in der Nähe von Stränden, Flughafen, Las Olas, Downtown. Ocean Access Kanal Anwesen. In der Nähe von allem, aber ruhig genug und 3/4 Hektar, um alles zu umgehen. Es gibt einen großen bewaldeten Park nur 3 Blocks entfernt. Pool / Wasserpark für die Kide weniger als 1 Meile entfernt. 1. 1 Meile zu Restaurants / Bars / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 1. 3 Meilen zum Civic Park mit Spielgeräten für die Kinder oder spazieren Sie einfach durch alle Kanäle und fotografieren Sie die $ 20MIL + -Yachten. Wenn du dich abenteuerlustig fühlst und ein paar Wassersocken hast, kannst du mein Kajak in meinem Kanal hinter meinem Haus benutzen. Ich habe auch Angelruten auf Anfrage. Kanal geht direkt in den neuen Fluss / Inter Coastal. Lokale Bootsvermietung in der Nähe. Coupon Bücher verfügbar, solange sie halten. Günstig in der Nähe des Flughafens / Las Olas / Strand usw. gelegen. We had a nice stay. The house had plenty of room for our group of 3. The games and activities were fun. There is not a hot tub like the listing shows, but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Pool table was great. Kayak was fun. Really only 1 bathroom. The bathroom in master bedroom is a small almost portable like toilet. Great communication and pretty good location. Outside furniture was totally unusable I believe due to the storm in the previous days. Ok for a 3 day stay.

We stayed for 2 nights after our cruise. Perfect to unwind and just relax. Plenty for the kids to do (ages 10 & 16). Wifi was great for me to even do some work before we headed home. Frank was a wonderful host and even checked in to see if anything was needed.

Our family traveled to Fort Lauderdale for a judo tournament and extended our stay to spend a few days at the beach. Frank was a great host and his place was so much fun! He was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. My boys loved the pool table, arcade games and shuffleboard. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. We kept forgetting yo pick up popcorn so we weren’t able to use the popcorn machine.

I was a little taken back when I learned that the owner of the property lived upstairs, however Frank was a great host and gave us all the privacy expected. The property was clean and comfortable on the inside however the back deck area could use some cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

We were there over New Years with our young children. Frank kept in touch with us throughout New Year’s Eve to see when we would be back so he didn’t have music on too loud when we came home with our kids. He was over the top considerate!

Some college friends and I stayed at Frank's house while on a graduation trip in Fort Lauderdale, and when we arrived at the house we found a mirror which had fallen and shattered, causing significant damage to the sink and vanity below it. We immediately notified Frank regarding the issue, and about a day later, he blamed us for the damage and demanded that we come up with the money to pay for the repair. After I refused to pay for damage that we hadn't caused, Frank came up with several additional fees for us to pay, which were not specified anywhere on the website. Overall, the house itself was nice enough, but I feel like Frank treated us really poorly. I really hate leaving negative reviews and I've never done something like this before, but I just feel like our experience with Frank was awful enough that other potential renters should at least be aware. If you're planning renting this property you should definitely be careful, make sure that you determine the exact cost of the rental beforehand, Frank may try to change the cost post hoc.

Fun for everyone!
Frank was great to work with and very easy to communicate with! We had a wonderful time at Frank’s place, playing games, bonding and laughing! Short ride to the beach, stores and restaurants! We had an absolutely wonderful time and can’t wait to stay again!

It was a cool place. However the tv in the room does not work. It’ll cut off as soon as it comes on. Also the sink in the room clogs. For the price would of just expected atleast the tv to work in the room and better comforters

Franks place has everything you need, including a host who is accommodating, fun and easy to work with! The location is perfect, close to beaches, shopping and the airport. The house has so many activities within itself, not to mention the kayaks, which were so fun and relaxing to take out behind the house and explore. Excellent host
Frank was extremely helpful whenever i needed something and the home was beautiful with a lot of fun activities to do. We took out the kayak, played pool, played pac man, and just had a lot of fun overall. Frank is a super cool guy and I look forward to booking with him again.
