Reviewer Comments: This building is a hidden gem - walking distance to all sorts of dining options, and a section of beach that never seemed to get too crowded, even with spring break in full swing. The condo was comfortable with everything we needed, the management team was eager to help (but we never needed to call them) and the views were breathtaking. The other visitors also happened to be wonderful families - and everyone was super respectful of keeping any noise down. We can’t wait to go back!

It was clean but the kitchen and bathroom cabinets could use an update and a start up supply of dish liquid would be nice. Also the beach towel use was odd. We enjoyed sitting on the nice balcony watching the sunset. One thing that is really needed are grab bars in the shower. The area is ideal. Walking distance to some really good restaurants!

Perfect place right on beach! Beach not crowded. Several restaurants and Ice cream with in walking distance. Covered parking spot was nice. Grounds well kept! Check in was a breeze. Lady was super helpful! It absolutely was the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be back!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been to this building 4 times so far and this is just an honest review. The condos I’ve stayed in have all been pretty nice. The staff members have been pretty nice. But I have a few issues. The pool is pretty small, I get they can’t change that but at least put some umbrellas out there. It gets sooo hot when you aren’t in the pool (my daughter gets in but I don’t). The elevator is very slow and very warm. We typically just take the stairs. The main door to the elevator is supposed to be secured with a key code but you can just open it, so anyone can get in the building. Lastly, even when the unit had an electronic keypad you MUST go to the rental office and pickup paperwork and a master key. This is very inconvenient and annoying. There’s no reason for this. If you call before 4pm to see if the condo is ready they get annoyed. They tell you check in begins at 4, not guaranteed at 4. We have enjoyed the years we stayed at the Hamilton house but this is our last year, there are better options out there. You are only paying for the beachfront view at this place.

Our departure flights left very early in the am and the staff was pretty rude about us leaving the keys in the condo rather than bringing them to the office. They said we could do this, but then I received a call from staff the morning of departure complaining that we hadn't dropped off the keys at the office. I had already confirmed this was ok the day before.

The check in process at the Sandollar was not too far out of the way lady that checked me in was full of information. Wonderful job when we got to the resort. Nice place nice view the pool was nice and clean every day well taken care of the grounds, the grass was nice Views were beautiful spectacular right on the beach. The only negative that I have is they need to update the furniture for the under sides of the furniture. Every time you would sit down pieces of the fabric are falling apart. Other than that everything you would need for the beach is located in the closet. A couple of the beach chairs are more recliners/beds because they don’t set up anymore but there was two decent ones. Overall, I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

The property was more run down than expected by the pics. Deferred maintenance overall with few upgrades like the shower system. Door to the elevator lobby rarely locked so security was minimal. Gate to pool and beach didn't lock either so it makes it public access. Not worth the cost

For the cooler days, there is a heated pool that is very clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. You need new mattresses as the ones in the condo have seen better days. The location to get additional trash bags was very inconvenient. Front door did not close properly. Beach towels and chairs provided were wonderful.

Our condo was spotless and mostly equipped with everything we needed. However, we did not eat a meal in, as there are so many good restaurants nearby.There were a few beach things that would have helped, however. Two lounge chairs and cushions on the wood chairs, as they are quite uncomfortable.Two full-sized beach chairs as those low ones are difficult for older people to get in and out of.A beach umbrella, as one cannot sit in that sun without one. We did purchase one, but gave it away.Smaller bed pillows in master. Also, a tape in the printer would be nice, but understand that is something that is easily stolen.The positives, nice condo and lovely beach and pool, far outweigh any negatives.

Easy process to rent but check in was at a property a few miles away. Not convenient when you needed more supplies for the unit.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We had a rough start to our vacation with our flights, and was needing to check in late, so the management accommodated us without any hesitation! The place was very nice and had everything we needed to stay there. Very good location, right on the beach with just steps until your toes are in the sand! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and we were very satisfied with our stay at the Hamilton House in Indian Rocks Beach!

We arrived early and the did their best to get us to check in early. Also let us use there resort until we were able to check in. The girls at the front desk are wonderful. Love the condo and location. Always clean. They do need to update the outdoor furniture on the deck, the table is rusted and chipping and could be a hazard for someone to cut their finger or hands. Otherwise we will definitely be back.

Everything else is within walking distance-restaurants, bars, convenience store, paddle board rental, and of course... The beach!We set up our stuff on the beach in the morning, get drinks and snacks from our room during the day, and watch the sunset from our balcony every night.
